Staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was clean, the studio apartment was very well equipped and maintained, the kitchen appliances were clean and plenty, room service was nice enough to help me outside of working hours.

The hotel was in a location pretty inaccessible by foot, in a crowded and pretty cramped neighborhood. Window blinds didn't help either, as the nearest building is less than 20m away and the same height as the hotel...

The room was lovely. Is a beautiful hotel, close to centre, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The room I’ve got this time (this is not my first stay at the property) was on the side where you could’ve hear the train all night long. Was sooo annoying because I woke up every hour due to the noise. The staff working there definitely have no clue what customer service means. The way they talk at the reception, the information they share, how loud they are…is just a big no!

The rooms are big and clean. The bed is confortable and they have all the facilities you need. I’ve been to 4 star hotels that don’t even come close this this one.

The receptionist was watching a football game on tv in the lobby outside the reception area, sitting on a chair… So I thought he was a hotel customer. So I didn’t say anything to him and kept waiting at the reception desk and after 2 minutes or so I asked him if he knew where the receptionist was and he told me it’s him… So i asked him why didn’t he say anything if he saw me waiting at the reception desk. He had a very disturbing attitude as he answered me. He said that why should he know that I needed anything from him I wouldn’t keep a receptionist if he acted like this, if it were my hotel.

The place was on a good location for my needs. If you need some place closer to the city center by foot, maybe this is not the right one, but it has relatively good connection to the city center by bus. The appartment was well equipped and very spacious. It is a very good value for money. There is a parking available.

It is rather difficult to find a place to eat nearby. Would be good to have at least a breakfast as an option.

Very clean and aesthetically fitting for the way it’s marketed. Great facilities all around, especially for the romanian standard. Helpful staff, no matter the time of day. Will definitely stay here again in my future travels to Romania.

One of the staff members i a little bit corrupt but i guess that’s just how it is. One pack of cigarettes and all’s good :)

Wonderful apartment! I enjoyed the view on the 12th floor and the silence. For this price, I'm sure you won't find a better one.The room has everything you need and more. Slippers, dishes, tea and coffee. The air conditioning works well, the bathroom is finally dry and nothing leaks like in other hotels. Super.

The room was essentially an IKEA showroom, it was very spacious and clean.

The parking situation was odd, we were told we could park but if we came back later we might not have a place to park anymore because the parking is based on first come first serve basis.

It was a nice, quiet place near Romexpo. we had a lower level apartment and the trees were really nice with a good shade all day. the kitchenet was nice and the bed was confy. well connected location

we had just some bar stools apart from the bed to sit on and they were not confortable for a big guy. the bath had no plug so it can just be used as a shower. it's a bit far from the city center.

This was my 2nd stay. Friendly staff, nice 1 bedroom apartment, clean. It had everything I needed.

I didn't like the lack of hangers for towels in the bathroom. There could be one placed next to or in front of the shower. Same was the other one I stayed in last year.

The studio apartment was excellent; it had everything we needed for our one night in Bucharest. There was a shop open late just 5 minutes away where we could get some supplies for dinner as we arrived late in the evening

There didn't appear to be any cafes or restaurants nearby, although we didn't really get to explore the area much.
