Great location of the hotel with lots of parks around , it's spacious, with spa inside ,outside , gyms with classes . Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options . Spacious room with coffee maker , I love that . We've ordered dinner in the evening at the bar beef sandwich which it was delicious .Awesome SPA area with sauna , steam room and salt room and pool . I took part to spinning class in the gym ,we had great class with the instructor Mina and also aqua class . It's a great place for a long weekend .

Just a little thing . Even if it's not smoking room ,sometimes I could feel smoking smell coming true the heating air .As I am not a smoker and allergic to smoke I could feel it straight away . The hotel staff might be aware or check if someone smoking in the rooms even if the rooms are not smoking ! Next time I will report to the hotel reception if would happen again . I have enjoyed my stay anyway .

What I liked about the property was the fact that it was really quiet during night time, the staff was polite and the facilities such as the swimming pool were very nice. The hotel is nicely decorated and spacious and good value for money, baring in mind the offer I had, comparing to the reception price. I nice touch I don’t see in many hotels is daily complimentary water, which I always thought to be an important gesture towards the guests

There are only two things I didn’t like about my stay, the first thing was the bed (mattress and pillows), they were really stiff and uncomfortable not only for me but also for my room mate. The second thing I didn’t like was the parking system where you always had to ask for a new ticket from the reception to go out, making lots of paper waste during the day if you would go out frequently. I guess a unique card system would be better, more comfortable and waste free for everyone.

We liked the overall vibe of the hotel, big spacious lobby and the room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. We liked that our room had a view of the pool and facilities. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the saunas. Breakfast is pretty standard for an Eastern European buffet- lots of choice.

We didn't enjoy the meal in the restaurant in the evening - our food came out luke warm which was a shame. We also felt the jacuzzi could have been slightly warmer and the pool also could have been warmer.

Plus Spacious rooms Daily cleaning Fresh towels, toiletries and bed sheets Coffee and tea in room Complementary water daily Good selection of TV channels (English) Courteous staff at reception and Spa centre (the lady at vitality spa centre in the evenings was super efficient, thank you!). Safe area around for walking Complementary breakfast, good variety of choices but boring if you stay for more days. Overall a fabulous place to stay with family.

Minus Location (it is quite far from anything interesting to see). There is not a single supermarket or shops nearby. Most buildings are business or offices or other hotels. Public transport also has very few options except bus stand (10 minutes walking) which has no tickets vending machine or counter. You must walk 30 minutes or so to reach a STB ticket counter near The House of the Free Press. Information There is no guide or instructions available for tourists who are first time to Bucharest Play area No play area for children except the pool. Ventilation It can be improved by making the windows open wider on the upper side.

My tenth visit in my favourite hotel! I visited both business and leisure, summers and winters! Always high quality of service and amenities! For real the hotel is fabulous - example cleanliness, great swimming pool, outside jacuzzi all seasons, bounty breakfast, great location, baby cot, free parking, intelligent guests!

Extremely rude welcoming and check-in I have never experienced so far in any hotel! (this is my tenth visit in this hotel) - youngster with long beard, totally disengaged, no batch name! This is unacceptable! = giving 8 instead of 10 points. We asked to stop the radiator in our room as we couldn't sleep because of the heat - receptionist promised, nothing done for the 3 nights stay.

Pool facilities are nice - some more discipline could be useful though. Rooms are nice, silent & clean. The hotel is nice, price is rather decent, but some details should be taken care of.

Morning coffee is horrible. The pool staff could get more involved in maintaining the discipline and rule sin the spa area (example - some uneducated clients do not use the towel in the sauna but since the pool staff never comes and checks they of course continue doing it). Not healthy at all. Charging money on check-in is an amateur practice, not one for 4 stars. The cleaning staff enters the room at 08.00. Not ok either.

The breakfast was very good and diversified. They are now offering big plates (last time in 2020 not) which is a plus. The only annoying thing is that breakfast is just until 10am from mon-fri and 10:30 during weekend. They have personnel and could easily change it to 11am and 11:30 during the weekend. But yeah, only from looking at the fact that breakfast is until 10am you can draw the conclusion that is not a hotel where you can sleep. They have it written on the badge door: sleep like a rockstar! Well I guess, rockstars don’t have long hours sleep or a good sleep. Be prepared to wake up every morning at 7am by the cleaning staff. You don’t need an alarm, they will make enough noise, talk, shout. In any case, the positive thing is that in 2020 they were way more loud and careless. Now they still wake you up, but the level of noise is lower.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is indoor big hot pool. There is a outdoor jakuzzi which is hot and works until very late. There is a large conveinent car park.

We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. The restaurant was overcrowded in the morning, but it's for the fact that it's small in my opinion for this kind of huge hotel. There are only two coffee machines and there are huge ques for them. Otherwise the meals and the drinks were tasty. The location of the hotel is also a small minus for me. It's little bit remote area and you can reach it only with car or taxi.

We always choose Ramada Plaza for our stays in Bucharest. As usual, everything about the room, breakfast, spa and service was perfect. I'm only giving it a 9 this time because of the reason below.

The heating system could not be adjusted and it was too hot for us. We stayed with the window cracked open even during the night. But this might just be us, because we don't like having more than 19.5 °C in the room at night. The reception sent someone who suggested turning the AC on to cool it, we preferred fresh air.

+ clean (albeit dated) rooms + very nice wellness area with big indoor pool for swimming, medium outdoor pool, whirlpool, steam bath and sauna (sauna was under construction/renovation during my visit, though) + very nice gym with lots of different high quality equipment and machines + great breakfast, incl. a big selection of warm food and fruits (and of course also the standard bread/cheese, etc.)

- although rooms are clean, they are visibly dated and could really use an update and exchange of furniture - shower was poor with low water pressure and unstable temperature - location is outside the city center and not well reachable by public transport (there are some buses but not so frequent and with some extra walk from the hotel) - the "personal trainer" in the gym in the morning of my stay could have been more friendly
