Stayed here for 6 nights visiting family and by far the best accommodation in the town (I've stayed in quite a few). The staff were very welcoming to myself and my two children and never too busy for a chat, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant and very nice standard of food and no more expensive than other restaurants in the town so no need to venture out!. Would I stay again, a definite YES

Absolutely nothing

I am not exaggerating when I say that it is one of our best accommodation experiences. Simply perfect. Obviously, it will remain our only choice of accommodation in Piatra Neamt. The Ciao Ciao restaurant should also be mentioned: impeccable! The place almost compromised our trip plans around the area, as we were tempted to laze around in the place all day :))

One of the best accomodation we’ve ever been to! Everything was outstanding: the room was exactly like in the picture, very clean and tidy, comfortable, nice view over the city and ideal location. The breakfast was varied and good quality; it was a joy to eat on the terrace in the morning! The staff was super nice; even gave us a 10% discount voucher at the restaurant which you must absolutely try! Parking underground and above ground although it can get crowded sometimes. This hotel wins, first and foremost, for the very helpful and friendly staff eager to meet any request. Suite was very spacious, elegant and well furnished, with good quality bedding and towels. The cleaning services were thorough and frequent. Cute balcony with lovely mountain view. Great coffee. Excellent central location, very walkable area close to restaurants, shops and local monuments.

Water damage on carpet in bedroom - it should be replaced because it takes away from the luxury experience. Room was a bit too warm even with the thermostat on the lowest setting - there should be an option to go lower.

It was outstanding! Exceptional, clean, modern, spacious, in a great location near the historic centre. They had great service and facilities, especially the fully furnished and functional kitchen with all the dishes, glasses and cutlery you could possibly need, electric stove top and microwave, and complimentary still and sparkling water, espresso machine and pods, tea, etc. Very friendly personnel, great value for money. The carpet floor on the hallways and the one in the bedroom were so soft it felt like walking on clouds. The ground floor restaurant serves excellent Italian food. The menu is rich and varied. We've had a wonderful stay, and we were somewhat sad to be leaving this amazing place behind. Until next time!
