Location, parking (validate ticket at reception each time in/out) and mostly, Hotel Staff, this is what makes the difference. From Reception to Room service, staff was a +10. We used room service late hour almost at the end of their work time and the support was 5*, from the minute the phone was answered to service delivery. The food quality was also above than in the restaurant we eat in the area near by. We booked a Junior Suite with City View and had an office area as a separate room vs sleeping area. Very comfortable bed. Overall, a very good location for city center easy access and we would recommended especially for the good level of service provided.

-Not a 10 just just because although the hotel is visible renovated and you can see efforts of improvement, i assume is impossible to do the same with the base from the past - ventilation and sewerage, where although the quality of plumbing is visible, you can still have issues with shower water draining. +Net off vs the fact that the ventilation can be stopped if the sound or air quality is a problem and windows can be open.

Breakfast was rich and offered many options. Hotel is nicely renovated and furnished, both in the lobby/restaurant area and in the rooms. Reception staff very polite and professional, ready to help with whatever is in their area of decision. Parking always available, no extra cost. Central position, rooms have nice view on upper floors.

Room heating system malfunctioning, however with persistence with reception, we received alternative portable heater (after 2 days).

The staff was wonderful, always nice, helpful and smiling. The cleaning services - exceptional. The double bed is very large and the sheets are wonderful, for a tired traveler :) there are lacks in terms of 4* standards, but we really enjoyed our stay in the end.

The bathroom is extremely small and looks like a 2*, rather than 4*. The windows are kind of small in comparison with the room and they don’t provide coffee, nor complimentary water, not tea or water heater, which would be usual, as the charge is in full.

Pros: -Quite a big room so that we could isolate our dog on one side of the room at night (he snores a lot) -The view from the room (10th floor) was excellent -The room itself was very clean -Extremely polite staff that helped us with a mixup which was Booking's fault -Very good breakfast -Huge private parking with tons of space and free for the hotel guests

Cons: -Outside of the room, the hotel itself could have used a bit more cleaning (spider webs on the hallway illumination units) -The toilet in the room would not flush correctly which lead to us needing to flush for long periods (minutes sometimes)

I must say, I was already familiar with the hotel, but once again, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the team. The room they offered exceeded my expectations, providing ample space and a remarkably comfortable, large bed. It was truly a delightful experience. I am seriously considering returning to this facility in the near future.

Nice clean room with a very simple design. If you travel with friends you can easily stay in triple room with one separated room with a single bed. The breakfast was nice - one can find fruits, cheeses, eggs, yogurts etc.

We stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room. When in the evening we came back from a day trip and asked the receptionist, maximum what he did is asked us if we need clean towels.

Good location in the center of town, easy parking, easy to find, decent room with good air-conditioning. 

Nothing really, they could use a cafe on the ground floor. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they could not find my booking, but they quickly found it, and always fine in the end 

The location was the best for us. Also the fonic isolation is very good

The bathroom. The bath cabin is too small and unconfortable. The tiolet bowl is placed too high. Very uncomfortable for all the family. Not enough clean.

the hotel is in the center of the town. you can take a walk and see the city. perfect location. the city is a small one so everything is close for it.

prices a little overrated. in rest everything work just fine.

Amazingly designed suite. Very clean, Very comfortable, truly beautiful. 2 person jacuzzi in good working condition. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options all very tasteful.

Staff really need urgently a course in courtesy politeness and basic customer service. The receptionist almost wouldn't give us the room because "we should know the covid rules instilled the day before our arrival". In fact he was happy to not book us in for not having the green pass. He was genuinely disappointed that we had the proof of vaccination. The staff at the breakfast were also in lack of simple words like "please" or "thank you"
