The hotel's location is not bad, a bit far from the city center, but still a max 10 mins uber ride to get there.

1. When I got there I was told I have to pay 120RON/day/person to go to the swimming pool. Very disappointing since there was no mention of such a fee on Booking. Still, the hotel's manager was fully flexible and he waived this fee off. Caveat: give them a call and ask about the hidden fees before booking anything! 2. If you end up going to the spa be mindful that you have to get out of the hotel and go around it to enter that facility, and it may get "a bit unpleasant" when the temperature outside is 0°C. Nobody thought of a shortcut directly thought the hotel itself. 3. The ventilation system was propably broken as when we got in the room, everything stunk like a sewer.

Newly renovated, most things were pretty new. Rooms were large, spacious and nicely designed. Interesting touchscreen interface to control everything, that worked surprisingly well. Not too far from the old town - we were fine to walk in. Staff were helpful.

Hotel parking was very limited to a small strip of land running the length of the hotel. Always full whilst we stayed there, however there's a carpark of a small supermarket opposite, which was always empty and had no problem parking there. Sink could have been cleaner, especially around the drain which looked dirty. The rest of the bathroom was clean and tidy, so this may have been a one off.

Generally, it is a very nice, clean, and new hotel, worth to visit and stay. Dedicated hotel crew. Nice view from the room. Glass walls instead of traditional windows in the room and the restaurant. Lots of mirrors in the room.

No closed parking places. There is a reserved parking area next to the hotel, maybe covered by video surveillance, but anyway, guests must park on the street and the size of the parking area looks quite small, so expect, that number of parking places are limited. No restaurant or bar available in the hotel. (Appears the hotel is still under construction, so maybe these elements come later.) There is nice digital panel on the room wall to control air conditioning and lights. However, the light volume of the panel itself can not be adjusted – or I did not find the way – so this illuminated the whole room after switching off the normal lights, what really disturbed me. (Actually I prefer dark room environment for sleeping well.)

The bathroom in our hotel room was big / spacious. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved that the room had big windows. Everything was digitalised (opening / closing the lights / the AC). Close to the hotel is a Mall and a few stores.

The parking lot is very small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel. We had difficulties in finding a place to park.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was extremely clean.

The room was not as large as expected according to the photos shown on Booking. Also, for the room checked, we asked for a one with view but the one received, didn't have any view. As for the billing paper, we talked that we need one on my husband's details and on checkout we received one on my name and didn't want to change it.

The size of the room is generous (as well as the bathroom) and the table is suited for working on the laptop. Good facilities for ironing clothes. The staff was receptive and eager to help (with very few exceptions).

No bathroom robe available, neither with an extra-cost. The minibar and the safe were located within the wardrobe closet which limited the space for storage. Only one storage space available (excluding the nightstands) which can be insufficient if you are going to stay longer. The ventilation system smelled funny when active (not pleasant for your nose anyway) however you can switch it off and ventilate the room by opening the window.

I didn't like: - shower 🚿, to limited. - parking, too narrow. Parking on Mega Imagine parking states that car will be blocked - lights did not work in one morning

New and modern facility. Good breakfast. Clean room and big with moden bathroom.

Not working air conditioned in the room. Not enough places to hang the clothes and towels in bathroom. Parking not efective signalised.
