Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Parking was easy. Pool/terrace/garden area is great.

Restaurant lady made a scene because I stepped through the entry with a leashed dog. The dog was absolutely calm and quiet, by the way. This is difficult for anyone travelling alone. Thanks to a sympathetic guest who volunteered to watch my dog tied to a table on the terrace, I was able to get my buffet plate and coffee. Breakfast is self-serve. No option to order from the terrace.

I really liked the week I could spend at Perla hotel. It is very nice and clean. Although it is quite big, I felt very well there. I had a spacious room with private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV and a fridge. As it was very hot, I also used the pool, which I consider to be a great added value. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of choice. Thank you!

The pool and poolside were very cleaned and well-maintained - a real treat on these hot days. The staff was attentive, polite, and professional, they all deserve praise (and a raise!). Breakfast was good and nicely presented. The food/drink options at the local restaurant are also satisfactory,

Unlike the pool, the gym is in rather shabby shape. There two spinning bikes, one out of order, the other not fit with the necessary devices: same for the one elliptical machine. The treadmill, on the other hand, was fully operational. Since the hotel offers a fitness room - a major draw for many guests - more care should be shown to making it usable. The hotel could be a bit less stingy with toiletries in the room - there is basic liquid soap but nothing else.

At first I was excited to upgrade one of the two rooms to a junior suite. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in the suite (it did in the ordinary room) and when draining the bathtub, water came out of the channel in the middle of the bathroom.

The location is great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet, bathroom was very good.

The only problem was that the hotel got hacked so our booking was compromised. Luckily we weren't charged anything more, but still I was left with unpleasant necessity to block my card and a lot of stress. The hotel manager did inform me via telephone just on time.

Very good choice for a short stay during New Year's Eve in Timisoara. Comfortable and warm room, decent bathroom with enough hot water in the shower. Good and various buffet breakfast which includes tea, coffee and juices. Location of the hotel is just right, in the peaceful street about 10 minute walk from the city centre. Fortunately other guests weren't making noises so we had a good night sleep. The staff is friendly and they speak english. Free parking is available.

I stayed at this hotel twice because the workshop I came for was held here. The hotel was good enough. The room was big and clean but with outdated furniture. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff was helpful.

The outdated furniture. The food in the restaurant was not that good. I recommend going to the restaurant Pomo D’Oro nearby which has great food. It needs an outside terrace for the people at conferences or workshops.

This hotel has everything: quiet location close to the city center, swimming pool, large rooms, exquisite bathrooms, and the most comfortable double bed I've ever slept on. Air condition was on perfect location in the room - next to the window, so we could turn it on and it wasn't blowing directly on us.

Toilet bowl was too much in the corner of the bathroom, so you didn't have much space to sit on it properly, but you can manage. No big deal. 😅

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful. You can count on a few amenities like iron and ironing board. Some of the rooms are on the small side, but the amenities and the courteous make up for any deficiences.

Zwembad was great, as was the hotel in general.

Location isn't the best neighbourhood. Also there was no airconditioning and it was very hot in the room.
