Best experience ever! This location is all about service, people and making it an amazing and pleasant experience for their guests. I have loved every interaction with every single member of their team. From reception to the bar staff, the management and security team - everyone has been a pleasure to deal with it. The food super nice, the pool - everything that one needs for a summer stay in Timisoara, location - great! I can't recommend enough! Thank you for such a pleasant stay and thank you to Iulian for accommodating our late stay - made us stay a bit longer, enjoy their services and facilities for more than initially planned! Win - win situations at both ends! Outstanding! Keep up the good work, guys! Totally recommend!

Everything was fine

Reghina Blue seems a bit out of the way, but it is an easy and pleasant walk of about 20 minutes from Piata Victoriei and Piata Uniri in the historic heart of Timisoara. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard with koi pond and landscaping. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments and it was extremely spacious and charming, with a long, long balcony and view toward the heart of the city. There is a nice bar in the hotel, with seating indoors or in the courtyard. There is some parking in front of the hotel, but abundant parking in the private lot through the archway on the right side of the hotel. We were pleased with this hotel choice and would recommend it without hesitation.

A bit noisy air-condition Bathrooms were clean but a bit outdated (also, within our room, the metallic holder of the toilet paper was broken - but this can happen, so no problem at all). Nothing really serious.

The hotel was the perfect place to stop during our last long drive, Clean, plenty of parking, great staff and the room was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel was good.

The only issue we had was with a poorly made steak, But the staff were brilliant and took it off our bill with not issues at all.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with modern design and with big rooms with balcony.

The air conditioning is centrally administered. Not possible to set a lower temperature if very hot outside. We had 26 degrees in the room. There is carpet on the floor, more difficult to clean and less hygienic.

The pool was very nice. Clean and big enough to take a swim. The room is so big and it gives a good feeling. We enjoyed beeing in the room. Very sweet and helpful personal. Nice breakfast. I liked the vegetables and the fruits very well. I recommend staying there!

Noisy children's party with loud music under my room until approx 2130. Not late, I know, but I had to get up early the next day and the room was vibrating the noise was so loud and I was trying to work. Don't fill these rooms if there is going to be a disco! Dogs barking all afternoon and evening. Room was stuffy, but couldn't open the door because of barking dogs and the disco.

First of all, I appreciated that the hotel is open for special requests, like dietary requirements and made everything possible to get the satisfaction of the customer. This makes a difference between good hotels and great hotels that put first the client with their outstanding services and attitude. The rooms are nice, clean, could be more modern, mostly the balcony and bathroom. The food is tasty and diversified, the breakfast is just perfect. The pool is amazing and is great for a vacation or even for less time spent because it gives you that chill and nice feeling. It's close to the city center and you can reach it in 25 minutes by walking. For sure I will return and stay even more days.

I spent 3 nights in Reghina Blue Hotel and it was amazing! Me and my friends were looking for a relaxing environment with facilities like pool, sauna, massage etc, hence we booked this hotel. We were lucky enough that pool was filled just couple of days before our arrival and we had a chance to use it. Overall the whole Hotel met all and even exceeded some of my expectations. Room was big enough even for 2 people, small balcony was a nice touch for additional comfortable feeling. Staff was amazing and even if I don´t speak a word of Romanian, there was no problem in communication. Breakfast was a dream, plenty of choices and freshly prepared dishes. Terrace surrounding a small garden with plants and a pond gave another relaxing touch. When visiting Timisoara again, I will definitely stay in Reghina Blue again.

If I would be very picky I would give two suggestions: fresh orange juice instead of bought one from the bottle would make breakfast flawless. Second thing is that I wasn´t able to book a massage over the weekend, staff told me the service can´t be booked over weekend. Not sure if this is the case for low season only, but majority of tourists are there over the weekend and this was one of the reasons why I booked Reghina Blue Hotel, hence felt a bit disappointed.
