Hotel Titano

Location is perfect, steps from Piazza della Libertà. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy and cheap.

Facilities (especially in the bathroom) are a bit dated and should be refurbished. Breakfast buffet is until 10am - when we arrived at 09:30 many things (eggs, fresh fruit, juice) were already gone and not replaced. We agree with the concept of not wanting to throw food away, but still we were a bit disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car at their other hotel and a porter helped us take our luggage a 5 min walk to the titiano. The hotel is situated, as is all of the inner city of san Marino, on A very steep incline. The hotel itself is fabulous, on multi levels with a great restaurant on their upper terrace. Views are amazing. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with everything from croissants, cakes pastry,fruits, breads, meats and cheeses. Location to all of the sights was excellent with numerous restaurants nearby.

Our room was a little to warm for us at night, however the air con worked well.

The property is located at the city centre, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The tram station and the bus stop is across the road, max 3 mins away. They offer FREE car parking that is across the road, opposite of the building, just a minute walk away. Venice is about 20-25 mins on tram. The room was comfortable and clean, with big TV and mini fridge. The breakfast was always fresh with sweet and savoury choices and fruit. The owner was kind and looked after us, made very good cappuccinos. Highly recommend it to couples and families.

Location is very central, the center of San Marino -- and easy access to/from the Rimini bus & all the tourist places. The complimentary breakfast was really quite sufficient, including cappuccino! I could leave luggage there before & after. The room was small, but very clean & sufficient for one person -- nicely renovated. The bed was VERY comfortable w/ a good mattress. The hotel itself isn't "new", but it was really quite sufficient & tastfully decorated as a boutique hotel. Several rooms around the lobby were nice to sit & relax outside your room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Make a reservation in the restaurant upstairs for lunch or dinner -- you won't be sorry!

Some minor structural issues::: a) I couldn't open my window without a great deal of struggle (the curtains were ill-placed. b) Provide a second pillow. c) Plastic cups in the bathroom? -- no-no-no -- the Hotel has history & class, so don't have flimsy throwaway plastic cups. d) I was really-really surprised that the Hotel did not offer "one bottle of water" free -- and esp because it's not exactly easy to find inexpensive water in the city centre. It seemed rather tacky that you wouldn't offer at least "one bottle" of water gratis, when you are providing a complimentary breakfast buffet

The best location in the middle of the Old town. I really enjoied the view of the Palace from my window! The room was small but very nice with comfortable bed and everything you need. All the toiletries were good quality. The breakfast was really great! Good choice and fresh fruites really made my day! Special thanks to the stuff members! All of them were really nice and welcoming. I also really loved the restaurant with a wonderful view and wonderful local dishes! Looking forward to come back to that place again!

The room was really small but I was alone and it wasn't a big problem for me.

The hotel is at the best location, in the heart of the city, very comfortable and clean, with great restaurant on top. The staff at the reception is very friendly, always ready to provide you any necessary information. Staff restaurant La Terazza (at the top) charming and professional, dinner with a view of the palace is real experience.

It's hard to object to anything. It is not possible to access by car, which can be a problem, especially in the rain, but it is price of great location.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Location is superb with amazing view of surrounding countryside. Terrazzo restaurant had good food and views. Hotel courtesy cart was a life saver getting our luggage from car to hotel up steep hill.

Windows don’t seal well when the wind picks up and water pressure a bit slow in bathroom but that’s the charm of an old building.

Hotel informed us about the parking arrangement in San Marino. Therefor, we booked valet parking in the parking garage of the sister hotel for our stay. Which was really convenient, especially because we arrived during the national holiday. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice and spacious bathroom with a shower and bath.

Minor thing was that not always after clean-up additional toilet paper has been provided.

San Marino is gorgeous, this was the first time we were here overnight. In San Marino is everything just few steps away, we love this place. The hotel was super clean, nice staff, the lady in the breakfast room was amazing - very kind, still smiling. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, awesome. The time of check-out was very pleasing. We even got San Marino card with many possible discounts. When staying in San Marino again next year, it will be definitelly in Hotel Titano. Thank you.

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre , staff very welcoming, polite and helpful.. The room was nice and clean with fridge , tv and air-conditioning. Walk out of the hotel door and you are in the walking distance of the amazing sights on offer.

Really did not like that we could not get a table for an evening meal on the 2 two nights we stayed.
