I would like to express my gratitude for the professional and excellent service provided by the front desk and management team at this hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful, with nice décor and comfortable rooms. I would like to specifically thank Yara and Mohammed at the front desk, and Amr Almtawa, the assistant manager, for their exceptional service.

The opening of the room from the doorhandle is a bit challenging. I was in not smoking room however it was a connecting room from a different guest and he was smoking, and then I would act that the dining should be 24 hours in the room to make the guest more comfortable.

The location was excellent as was the decor ( stunning!) . Nice sized outdoor pool and good gym facilities. Friendly staff , efficient check in . Food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced compared to the hotel room price

Expensive for the type of hotel , but i appreciate that it was Eid holiday . Some further training required for restaurant staff , but they were very friendly and professional. Beauty products : L'Occitane , very nice , but the packaging is rubbish , so very difficult to squeeze products out. Also , please dont be so stingy with refilling the products! No refills on Day 2 . If you going to have a Nespresso machine , please provide more than 2 capsules per day , especially as the pretty Nespresso box had capacity for 4 . 350 euros per night a bit steep i feel .

I was checked in with Hwazen, who was super friendly and really gave me a warm welcome to the facilities in the hotel. Got a gorgeous room with a great terrace (10th floor). Honestly an amazing facility, very comfortable, noticeably great sound insulation for being on the side of a main road. Great parking, smooth entry and exit, exceeded expectation especially for it being a local brand, puts most international franchises to shame!

Strange not to have a breakfast buffet at the hotel, i would love to know why this isn't an option at the hotel? Seems odd. The water pressure could have been better though, it felt like that could be an easy fix.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. We appreciated the convenient location and the well-designed studio room. The kitchen was adequately equipped with basic necessities and utensils for cooking. The quality of the shampoo and shower gel provided by Citadines was excellent. The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to the swimming pool being under maintenance.

All in all everything.. I visited this stay to give a memorable experience for my parents 38th wedding anniversary..amazingly neat room with kitchen amenities perfect when we travel with a, child.. I took my 5 year old daughter and my parents.. My daughter was happy and playful with the great environment of the room..

Breakfast should have been included in package.. Also more varieties could be put

Rooms size, housekeeping, the veiws, the location, the hospitality in general, the lovely and professional staff. My second time here, and, make no mistake, this is not only the best hotel in Abha, but also one of the best hotels in all Gulf countries. Special Thanks goes to mr. Rayyan for his profisnalsim and extended efforts to ensure our stay exceeds our expectations.

We had an excellent stay thank you! The breakfast is delicious (especially the egg station), the reaturant terrace very pleasant, staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious, comfy & clean, with the pool a lovely way to cool down, relax and unwind.

We have reserved a family suite. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were professional. My family enjoyed their stay.

The executive lounge located near the restaurant. However, this lounge turned to be a waiting area to the restaurant since doors are open all the time. I found it difficult to finish my meeting. The staff have been informed and promised to resolve it.

The location is very good, away from the city hassle and yet city is very approachable, also it is not very far from airport. Very clean hotel and also very nice view from 10th floor. Staff is friendly check in and check out was very smooth, no hassle. A must stay if you are visiting abha.

At that time full time Restaurant was not functional but it was expected to be functional soon.

Everything.. the Room has a kitchen and washing machine, Cleanliness, very advanced, LCD TV, Nesspresso machine for espresso lovers for FREE

THERE ARE NO ROOM SERVICES NO RESTAURANT, NO COFFEE SHOP NO TAXI SERVICE, No AIRPORT SHUTTLE, THE VIEW IS OKAY BUT NOT NICE Housekeeping takes for ever to come clean the room The shower was busted gives only hot water, but no one fix it
