Staff at front desk, e.g. Walid and Asma were excellent. Very professional, kind and helpful. All other staff we met at the hotel were helpful aswell. The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and city centre. Swimming pool is clean and tidy, albeit not large. Excellent for a refresher during the day's heat. Room was very clean and well appointed with a nice view at night of the lights of Tabuk. Good breakfast with lots of variety. On Site Car Parking. Very Safe and Secure.

No one at the door to help us with luggage or parking when checking in. No one available (would have to wait 10min) for someone to helpbus take our luggage down to checkout.

We have stayed here several times when visiting Tabuk for the weekend. Its a great hotel, great staff, very friendly and will try to do whatever they can to accommodate any request. Its in a good location as well, close to the Mall.

The hotel is fine. The breakfast is probably the best with any hotel buffet breakfast. The staff are super friendly. The Chef is great and will make you fresh eggs how you like. This time they had a DIY waffle maker, which we loved.!!

The staff are amazing and very caring! Naveed, the head, chef, made special dinners for me to support the diet that I’m on right now. That is so far beyond anything you can expect most restaurants.

Really i don't like the restaurant at all !! Monday and Tuesday same breakfast without any change. Wednesday and Thursday same food !! Alos there are no enough staff for clean the tables and even when i want to ask for water no one there to bring it !! One more things i was sitting in my olleague room on Tuesday and we order dinner they said 30 minutes and the food will come after 1 hour we call and they said we are sorry 10 minutes more and we will send and after 30 minutes still the food not reach !! I back in my room in that night without to eat . I aske my colleague about tue food and he sais they send it after one hour and 45 minutes !!

Spent a couple of days at the property with half-board. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room was very spacious, beds, chairs comfortable, lots of natural light in the room with a full glass wall and a well equipped gym. The cafeteria was well equipped. The breakfast is fine and dinner menu very good, especially the grilled meat options. The chef knows very well how to get the most of the meats. Location is good but one needs a car for sure. Tabuk being not as big, most places of interest are a short drive away. Purchase options (supermarket, restaurants) closeby (15min walk). There is a big Masjid near by however there is a Musalla in the hotel itself. I'd definitely return to the hotel when in Tabuk again.

There could be more lighting in the room for the night as I found the light quite insufficient even by European standards

This hotel was really lovely and well maintained, the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and in the restaurant there was a very nice selection of local and regional dishes. All of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were so lovely and helpful.

Everything was good except when I checked out of the hotel, nobody was there to take the luggage... I faced difficulties with the rest of hotel staff kept looking at me without helping

The staff service, especially Mr. Rajesh, the housekeeping, and also the cleaning supervisor. He is very polite, helpful and good in his customer service also. He is a very good person, dealing and approaching his guests in good behaviour.

Alao I'm really happy for the real improve from laat time .. in last time i make some complaint in restaurant and room service and now i saw a really big improve. Thank you for listening to us.
