The place is amazing, as well as personel, we could feel like at home. This is peaceful place, best to relax at the lake which you have almost in your room. Beautiful and stunning view on lake and garden. Room was big enough for two adults and teenager. Tasty breakfast, water equipment available, gym and pool in garden. The additional advantage is „garden fridge” which you can use as mini bar, with cold beverages available 24/7. Thank you for your kind hospitality💚🤍❤️

All was great

The location was spectacular; views over the lake magic. That you can walk from your room into the lake is amazing and, as we noticed whilst traveling around, quite unusual. We were woken to the spectacle of kite surfers each morning - what a sight. Staff were all so helpful, food was great, prices very reasonable.

The room is basic but functional. It could have more comfortable beds and pillows but it wasn't bad, just could be improved.

The Staff! We absolutely loved our stay because of Yara, Luigi and Stefano! Before we even started our stay, Yara took the liberty of researching and writing out multiple ways to get to the hotel which was very helpful! They went above and beyond for us when we had a problem with the room door. We made the best of friends with them and added so much value to the trip. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner, but the views made it even better. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, which made spending an entire day in the hotel very easy to do! It was also a plus that the rooms led straight to a private beach area on the lake. We spent an entire day next to the lake, sunbathing, paddle boarding & Kayaking(which came with the hotel). Overall, I'd 100% recommend this hotel and again Yara & Stefano if you see this thank you so much! We'll see you again soon

The location was a bit hard to get to, if the hotel had some sort of transfer service or recommended ways to get to the hotel that would be great.

Located in the most beautiful garden and right on the lake Garda. Great selection of breakfast food and wonderful dinners. The staff was wonderful and set us up with 2 boat excursions. When you step out on the balcony. The views are magnificent and all your stress fades away. It's perfect for relaxing and swimming.

A bit limited the parking, but I always found a place to park.

The hotel is settled in a perfect location. The views are breathtaking. If you want to take a rest it's a great place, mainly because of private beach. There is no tourist crowd. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful. The recepcionist at the day of our arrival explained us everything with a smile on her face.

Exception was poor breakfast. Included only things such as jam, nutella and cottage cheese and coffee or cappucino. In order to eat something like ham or eggs or even to drink juice, you must pay extra. I think that there should be also a bottle of water in the room and shower gel or shampoo instead of soap. It's a basic thing.

Very nice property as advertised. Staff were in general really kind and welcoming. The kayaks were offered without charge which was very generous

2 minor issues. Invited for a drink on arrival whilst room been prepared and drink appeared on Bill which we did not question. Elderly owner gentleman obviously retired seemed to thrive on been obnoxious to younger staff and guest no excuse for bad manners .This does not take away from fact that we will repeat business there particularly the use of kayaks
