Hotel Eden is situated half way up the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Our room had a large balcony with a table , four chairs and two sun loungers .It is the perfect place to relax with a Campari Spritz and take in the amazing view across the lake to the cliffs and tiny villages on the far shore. The room was exceptional clean with a large comfortable bed , very good air conditioning ,bar fridge and TV . Bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower . We were greeted by Massino on the front desk when we arrived and by Heike in the morning when we came down for breakfast, both were amazing and very welcoming. as where Michael and assi in the restaurant .

Nothing . It was one of the most relaxing two days I have spent since arriving in Europe 6 weeks prior. I would hate to drive up the lake shore road during the middle of the summer ,but lucky for me I didnt have to.

Lovely caring and attentive staff. Great food, with reasonable set meal choices for evening meals, although not A-La-Carte. Pre booking of meals required. Excellent breakfast. Good views from quiet, comfortable clean room (small balcony with just table & chairs). Compact ensuite shower room.

There was a window between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom with opaque glass in it. This significantly reduced the privacy that one should have in a bathroom! Also no lock on bathroom door.

Beautiful view of the lake, nice pool and beach area. Very friendly staff and lovely balconies. Good food for the price.

Difficult location if you don’t have a car as public transport is infrequent and it’s very difficult to find available taxis. Electronic toilet was noisy and difficult to understand. Balcony and dining chairs could be wider or without arms so they are more comfortable.

We really appreciated the view from our room and also the drapes that blocked the day light on our windows perfectly! This is what sleep-deprived travellers need! Also the staff was really nice to us and helpful.

I suppose there is nothing we did not like, only one thing that was a funny experience for us was the automated toilet cover which opened on its own very often, even when we merely stood a bit close to it. Not a big deal, we laughed it off.

it is ideal for people requiring Gluten Free food we ate there every day Italian style and there was a good varied menu with great food never hungry the staff were exceptionally nice and Heike on reception was so friendly and nice and so was the other girl who we did not meet as much the view is fabulous and so was the stone beach across the road

Amazing view of the lake, we were there on a stormy day and even though we couldn’t go around hiking as planned, we enjoyed the hotel and its heated pool. Lovely staff, they were super helpful. Breakfast is abundant, lots of options and staff is there to assist with any special dietary requirements. Will return

Parking places are a bit narrow for our liking but overall okay. During low season, most facilities in the hotel are closed (sauna, pool), but this is mentioned in the description. Also, the breakfast was nice, but don't expect an italian breakfast. It is more continental.

The view from the terrace, service and breakfast are the biggest advantages. Definitely worth the price.

The swimming pool's best years are already behind it. Additional charges for pool towel in the amount of 10 euros. These are really minor details. The overall rating is very positive.

Hotel Eden is a little gem on the shore of Lake Garda: excellent location, exceptional views from the restaurant terrace, high quality buffet lunch, very kind and very professional staff, high level cleanliness and comfort, wifi connection excellent, very pleasant heated swimming pool, close by car to historic towns worthy of a trip...

Hotel Eden is almost perfect, it only lacks a few bars and handrails around the jacuzzi and the swimming pool...

From the start of booking this accommodation, it was all perfect. The staff was really nice to us and helpful. They even upgraded our room and we got really nice room with a balcony and with view of Lake Garda. We really appreciate that and also the room was like they just renovated and very clean.
