Everything was great, from start to finish. Lady who checked us in was fab and super helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with options for all tastes. Room is quiet, very good size, clean, lots of storage. Bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The water station in the corridor is a lovely touch! Location is super convenient too! We really enjoyed ourselves and would come back for sure.

Parking is a bit pricey, but that's really the only thing I can think of. Everything else was amazing!

Hotel is close to both the main street and the station. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and there is a restaurant on site for those who would rather not go out. The front desk staff speaks exceptional English and were very helpful. Breakfast has a lot of food to choose from. Our room had a lovely large bath tub.

I was surprised to find the room without the basic amenities. If you want shampoo, body wash, a razor, or even cotton swabs for makeup, you need to go down and ask the front desk. Not something I would expect guests to have to do at a four star property. Additionally, although breakfast is lovely, there is only one singular hot drink machine. It was very crowded both mornings we were there and there was constantly a line to wait to get a coffee. The machine broke on the second morning, causing additional delays. It seems that the coffee machine would be a priority at a busy breakfast buffet.

Room was amazing - it was a kind of suite. It was really quiet - surprising for a city centre location. Breakfast had a good.selection of things to eat. Location was good - easy 10-15 minutes walk to the pretty park and the "old town" of Kielce.

Hmmm....breakfast was chaos - when we got downstairs all the tables which had been used were left uncleared - there were no staff to ask for cutlery - in the end I went to Reception to ask for them to organise the place at which point a load of people came rushing out of the kitchen to clear tables- looking disgruntled that they had been disturbed from whatever they were doing! Nevertheless- they got the place organised and we were able to enjoy breakfast. Single beds .... made for children I think- this is a common issue in Poland. I travel either with my sister or friends- we want separate beds. Without fail they are short and so narrow that turning over is impossible and usually the mattresses are really cheap - its a pity because a comfy bed is a key component of a rating for me.

Bed sheet was dirty. A Large stain which (I guess) didn't come off after the wash (5x4 inch). I'd say it's unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. When I mentioned it at reception, they said they would look into it, but didn't seem to much bothered... And didn't even ask for details.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very tasty.

The mattresses were uncomfortable in a double room with 2 separate beds. People were walking in the corridors at 3 am laughing and waking us up.

I like the breakfat however few daye earlier I stayed in Qubus Gdansk and the breakfast there was better. That was a surprise because I thought it should keep the same standards.

It's too expensive. I don't think that's value for money.

The hotel is modern with spacious, clean and well equipped rooms. The employees are doing a fine job and are very polite and helpful.

A little bit more variety in breakfast would improve the already very good impression.

Administrators were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, has air condtioning. Restaurant dinner was very delicious and well made. The Hotel was near the Old Town, 10minutes walking. Breakfast was delicious and had huge choices.

Some sounds came in what may have disturbed us. But after all not so terrible.

The hotel location is very good. The room is well-equipped and clean. Breakfast are various , delicius..We were in the hotel many times- this hotel one of my favourite in Poland.

Unfortunataly we had bad experiance : the receptionist was not helpful. We arrive to the hotel at 21:00, so check in litlle bit late ( we had 17 hours long trip) we were very hungry, but she told the restaurant closed soon and full so we couldn’t eat. here the room service is not available. Finally we asked the waiter and served us the dinner.- but it was average ( oily vegetables, tough steak).

The hotel was perfect for our trip to the IDO World Dance Championships where my daughter was competing. The hotel went out of their way to make our trip comfortable and happy and we really enjoyed our stay.
