We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view over to Skopelos town from the balcony and stunning pool area. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop to the beaches.

Steep walk up from the town was tiring especially in the heat. Shower room floor was damaged from a blocked drain and leaking shower doors, the manager did his best but this needs a permanent solution. Also if you are unlucky enough to get rain at breakfast time there is nowhere dry to sit or put out the buffet!

This property is located away from city but close enough to walk to dinner or the market. They offer a variety of rooms to fit your specific needs. The breakfast had multiple options, mostly homemade, some items include a variety of eggs, sausages, local meats, cheeses, yogurts with toppings, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice, tea, & coffee. The views are spectacular & you will definitely want to save some time for relaxing on the property to soak it all in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I might suggest an option to have beach towels for use.

Very beautiful property, rooms very clean, with beautiful views. Lots of soft lighting.

The advertising photos showed a pool and bar area, which we were later notified was under renovation. We were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience, which was a good gesture. The advert also stated breakfast was included, but this was not operational or communicated. Perhaps adjusting the advert, would help improve the rating, so that guests expectations would be met.

The setting was breathtaking, we stayed in the villa which was beautifully done. Staff are efficient and helpful.

It would be churlish to pick any negatives about the property as they clearly try very hard to keep customers happy and invested in the properties. Let’s focus on the positive which are plentiful.

Loved the location and the layout of the hotel, in particular the part by reception with all the beautiful olive trees and lovely seating areas as well as the pool area - so cool, stunning views (incl. the sunset), comfy chairs. And I love that the location is quiet, yet not far away from the main village of Skopelos.

Breakfast was a bit sugar-heavy (great if you're a sweet tooth)...but repetitive if you prefer a healthy, savory breakfast. But that's just my preferences. I would have definitely appreciated better coffee though. Also, the fact that there are no bathrooms by the pool is an inconvenience, especially if your room is at the bottom of the hill... so you need to go down and climb back up.

We enjoyed the lovely views from the pool and breakfast area as well as our balcony. The property is located in a quiet area however walking to Skopelos town center is very easy as the walk is 90% flat ground. You can walk from the ferry dock however we recommend opting for the hotel shuttle if you have anything other than a carry-on bag. The complimentary breakfast had a good assortment, something for everyone. You can also enjoy the bar service in the evening located next to the pool with beautiful views of the bay and the Skopelos town lights. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay that much more pleasant. We highly recommend the property.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Evlalia Studios & Villas at the beginning of October. Very warm welcome and an offer to upgrade our room which was a really nice gesture and much appreciated. The location is just perfect. Short walk from the port and Skopelos town but peaceful and quiet at the same time. Stunning views our room and the pool area. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday. The room was very comfortable, spacious with a small kitchen and a balcony. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend Evlalia Studios & Villas and hope to return one day.

Everything was great!

Evlalia was in a perfect location for exploring Skopelos Town, whilst still being in a quiet and peaceful area. We had an amazing view from our room and everything we needed within the room too. The new pool/bar etc was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing there. Breakfast was good and there was choice for my partner who has coeliac disease. We also ate lunch at the hotel a couple of times and the chef was very accommodating, adjusting the recipe so my partner could eat there safely too. Also a shout out to Will who was brilliant and went above and beyond for us! All of the staff were so helpful, picking us up from the ferry on arrival and dropping us off at the port when we left, as well as organising us a rental car for a couple of days. We would definitely stay again!

There was no toilet at the pool area, so you had to walk back to your room.

Beautiful property overlooking lovely Skopelos town from across the ocean. Our studio room with a balcony and sea view was really clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with very calming and peaceful vibes and a great powerful shower. There is a well equipped kitchen area and we had our clothes washed for very reasonable prices. The infinity pool looking over the ocean to Skopelos town was a highlight with great food and drinks from the bar there. They are also constructing a pool bar which will be amazing when finished. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we hired George for a boat trip down the coast to the church of Agios Ioannis Kastri which was brilliant fun! He also provided us with food and travel tips for the island: I personally loved Limnonari beach and we had a delicious birthday dinner at Korali restaurant. It’s a short walk along the coastline to Skopelos town and port and they were accommodating with picking us up and dropping us off at the port with our luggage.

There is a walk up hill to the pool and breakfast, depending on your room location, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Wifi is temperamental and TV limited. It is a very peaceful and quiet place and is probably more suited for people without lots of young children or teenagers, unlike our group, as the pool is quite small and close to the sun-beds (and eventual pool bar).

The location was great and the accommodation was basic put practical.

There were limited glasses and cups (2 of each) in a room for four. The pool bar food choice was really poor. There was nothing appropriate for kids to eat. I was shocked to be told we needed to spend a minimum amount at the pool bar in order to use the larger sun beds even though we had already paid a lot for the accommodation.
