The property was easy to access, staff was very welcoming and kind! I also loved the festive decorations!

The room we stayed in did not have enough light and one of the bulbs was burnt out upon arrival. The bed was also extremely firm and hard to sleep on. The parking fee of $14 per night is a little ridiculous as I’ve never stayed at a hotel just off the highway that required a parking charge. Also, it’s disappointing that they charge for breakfast.

This was the best price /quality ratio in my life . If someone sees <100USD and is afraid that something is wrong - nothing to worry. Very nice and clean hotel , I highly reccomend!

When we saw that the hotel is nice , I wanted to take second room (we were family of four). The. guy on the reception was quite rude and told that I shoudl do it online. SO i did. Took some time to confirm etc.. and and in my opinion does not make much sense but ok:)

Parking charge not posted in listing. Veterans exception, but for others without exemption it would be a pretty hefty addition to room cost. Breakfast at $14.95 is too expensive. Offering a menu or just a simple fare with reasonable price would be better. Not a fan of fat, square pillows.

Comfy bed, quick check in, nice facility. Nice spa and pool that is open late :) Hotel staff was kind and considerate and rates were excellent.

Breakfast was a buffet, at an additional cost of $14.95...no bueno. It would be nice if they served at least a continental breakfast like many other hotels. Parking would have been an additional $12 a night, but the hotel waived the few seeing as we came in by train and had no car. That should be included in the room rate, but is not.

The hotel is updated, clean and the staff is friendly. Our room had a nice seating area, mini fridge (freezer didn’t freeze, may have not been turned down properly) and a decent selection of tv channels to watch while we wind down from the day. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. The king sized bed was comfortable and felt new.

The blackout curtains didn’t close! It was only a sheer curtain covering the window which meant it was light later than we wanted, and much earlier than we wanted! Also the property charged $12 a day for parking! This is a hotel in the middle of nowhere, next to a dilapidated and closed down other hotel and 3 gas stations. There is no reason to charge for parking.

Liked everything but being surprised by a $14 charge for parking. Very nice facilities, clean, quiet, and in a safe area. Price was very good even with the parking charge.

Never paid for parking accept in a city. Population of Parachute in less than 1500 so you don’t qualify. Just uncles it I u to our price you would still get my business. Room had shears so you will get woke up by light have no idea how someone working midnights could stay there.

Great hotel for the price. Room was very clean but some furniture was a bit worn. Bed was comfortable. Location was just off of interstate. Would recommend and stay again. Loved that there was a full service Sinclair gas station in town when we had a nail in our tire. Nice Mexican Restaurant across the street.

Parking cost $12 a night but wasn't included in the price of the room. Breakfast cost $10.95 per person. We didn't eat so can't comment on if it is worth it. Nothing to do in Parachute but close enough to Paradise, Rifle, Grand Junction & Glenwood Springs.

Hotel was clean and festive for coming Fourth of July. Front desk folks for check in and check out friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting there to be a pub for dining in the evening so that was a bonus. Lorrie- the lovely woman that runs the restaurant was very friendly and went the extra to make us feel at home! We didnt get to try the BBQ dinner but it sounds like it's amazing- the burger we had was incredible and complimentary Coffee/Cider/hot cocoa was just what we needed at the end of a long drive! Will stay again when i come back through!

The only thing maybe was that the cleaning solution they use has a strong perfume to it. The place was very clean, so that was great! just a little thick on the scent.

Windows open so you can get fresh beautiful air. The view was beautiful. Very nice lobby area.

There was something suspicious splattered all over the headboard in 127. The other bed was good so that’s where my daughter slept. Dust was caked on the tv stand and the blinds don’t close all the way. Just the sheer curtains. Didn’t care for the parking fee on top of breakfast not being included.

The staff was amazing! So nice and friendly. The lady who runs the restaurant part decorates for every holiday. You can tell that she absolutely loves her job. There's a free popcorn station that she funds too. The rooms are pretty big. The beds are comfortable and the room was really clean.

It kinda sucks you have to pay for parking but if you don't like it you don't have to park in the hotel lot.
