We arrived with the request of an extra bed, on arrival they actually offered an upgrade to a premium room which was great! All staff were friendly and helpful straight from our arrival by the entrance. We also had the lounge access which we had free beers and food with non veg/veg options. Great location and facilities and they arranged transport pick up to the airport within 5 minutes - really recommend this great hotel by the airport! Breakfast had multiple options

Would be good to have more explanation of the executive lounge and what it includes / where its located but after asking the helpful staff all was good. Initially they stated we had no access but I showed the booking and all was sorted! :) Breakfast dining area got quite hot with no air con but this is only a minor!

The food was really good, i would say expensive, but very good. the proximity to the airport and my eventual visiting location was really a good thing for me. Added to this, the courtesy of the staff right from the reception to the housekeeping staff till the chef was very much appreciated. while my order was mixed up, there was a whole load of apologies and a plate of dessert to appease me, i was only concerned with ensuring i was billed for the meal i was served. But the team went a step forward and didnt bill me at all for the food - this is customer service at its highest level, much appreciated.

Lack of clarity from the staff, i had repeatedly asked the staff whether the breakfast would be brought upto my room even though i had pay for the bed and breakfast and i was informed it would be possible. i cannot update this as a complaint as i knew that it was not possible, but the replies gave me false hope. Also, there was an order mix up as mentioned above.

The Night Manager, Dheeraj, was superb He understood our problem of flight delays, arriving at 2.30 am and not getting a flight until Midnight on the 5th. He and the staff were attentive and accommodated our request. They were compassionate and flexible to us in stressful circumstances. Everyone was kind. We managed to get a bedtime beverage. The Hotel is the best to stay by far, at Cochin airport. A smart hotel, elegant, comfortable, stylish and super clean. Very comfortable beds.

The staff are friendly and the room is spacious

The buffet breakfast ends at 1030 and lunch menu starts from 12noon. If you do not go for their buffet breakfast and order in-room dining between 1030-12 there is only either idily or apam available. I think there should be more options available for customers who opt not to go for your buffet breakfast and wake up past 1030. Even a dosa was not available between that time. Nonetheless the staff, and place were spotless! The idily that i had was also fantastic. Overall wonderful experience and pickup from the airport was seamless. Will stay again.

Airport transfers to and from are great. Exceptional service. Breakfast was really great and had a variety of choices to choose from every day.

I booked an executive room with executive lounge access. When I checked in, I got a regular room and was told executive lounge access was only to the bar. We do not consume alcohol. It would have been nice to know that executive lounge access was only for bar and not anything else. We were a little disappointed about this.

Lovely, western-style hotel near the airport, this is a great option. The rooms are very modern, clean, and super spacious. There is a massive gym with new and modern equipment and a large pool. There is a free shuttle to the airport that you can go and grab at any time without reservation.

There are strange rules about where you can consume alcohol. For example, you can order drinks outside by the pool, but not in the restaurant from where you can see the outdoor/pool area. If you do not want to eat the buffet, the menu options are limited.

The property is located near to airport which is very convenient. It’s good that property offer airport pick up, it was fabulous. Thanks to the hotel representative who waited to pick up, thanks for the patience as emigration clearance took a bit longer than usual. spacious and clean room. Acceptable room service. Breakfast buffet offered wide verity of dishes (Regret I couldn’t try all of the dishes). Staffs were very helpful, proactive and friendly which is highly appreciable. Lastly the front office staff (I forgot his name) was very helpful and supportive when there was delay in onward transport hence a delayed check out.

Could have been better if the window has blinds, for those who want to sleep after a long haul early morning flight. The guy who came to inspect before check out reported that I used a beer from the minibar which wasn’t the case and that caused some confusion. Later they reported it was a mistake. I would recommend a good inventory keeping to avoid such occurrence in the future since it’s a bit of frustrating and insulting.

Unexpectedly smooth airport pick up - the team was waiting for me and it was included in the booking. Easy, quick booking for the return shuttle, I was dropped off right at the entrance for departures at the airport. Room was modern and lovely - I overlooked the elegant pool area. Breakfast items were labelled which is helpful for those with food sensitivities or requirements. Selection and range of options was quite extensive.

It was a little musty in the room and hallways, but meticulously clean. Clearly to be expected in such a humid climate, really not a problem.

good room size - responsive, professional staff always there to help throughout the whole week i spent there - free airport transport any time of day and always on time- decent dinner - comfortable bed - bathroom clean and no leakage or water on floor after shower - location close to airport - view from room over the pool was nice.
