The staff is amazing, really friendly and supportive. They do go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable. The room was nice, they actually prepared an extra room for us and gave us a choice of where we wanted to stay. There is parking in front of the hotel at extra cost which you have to book in advance (limited spots). Breakfast is on demand, they will cook for you based on a menu (different omelette options) and some buffet style options (cereal, milk, yogurt, juices, croissants, fruit, etc.) Our omelette was really delicious. I saw in other reviews that the internet connection was not very good but we had no issues, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Beautiful art all over, nicely and colorful design.

I was upgraded and the staff were very kind. its not a busy show off hotel but it was very clean and in a great location. I have stayed in 4 or 5 hotels in Nis and it is by far the best value for money.

The hotel is really central to the main shopping area in Niš. Also it is just a short distance away from the airport. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast is mainly à la carte, offering a selection of different omelette and egg dishes with various fillings. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also very safe for solo female travellers. WiFi was very good and fast.

The hotel is on the third floor. Upon seeing and entering the building, you do not feel like entering a four star hotel. But once you reach the third floor, the change is so drastic that it sorts of take you by surprise (in a very positive way). The lift to take you to the third floor feels a little claustrophobic. It is very narrow, and I would not feel comfortable if more people were sharing the lift. To reach the lift, there is a short flight of stairs (around 10 or 12 steps).

I was so positively surprised by the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. First things first, the location is unbeatable - it's right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was particularly impressed that both the hotel's breakfast/coffee lounge and the restaurant where breakfast was served were beautifully decorated and had delicious food (eventhough I am very picky eater). I even got free coffee from the receptionist! Here is a thank you the whole team once again.

Very trendy quiet and intimate hotel. At most times you feel like you are the only ones there. The staff are brilliant and very accomodating. Breakfast is cooked to order in addition to a small buffet and together provide a great experience. The location is spot on and everythig you need is within walking distance! A great Art deco Boutique Hotel experience!

There are quite a few steps to navigate which actually adds to its charm but may be challenging for older physically cjallenged guests.

The room is perfect - big room, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, AC.

There is a problem with the hot water - to get hot (warm) water you have to wait for 15 minutes. Breakfast during the weekdays is not so good (as there are not many guests), the price is too high for the weekdays breakfast. They tried to give me a room that is smaller in half compared to the room I have paid for.

Artloft is a hotel located in the loft of an old building and features original pieces of art. As soon as you enter the reception area on the third floor, accessible by lift by the way, you feel you entered a museum. You are met by efficient, helpful and exceptionally friendly staff who all speak perfect English.

There is nothing to critise. I would suggest future guests to make sure to reserve parking, as parking spaces are limited to only a couple of cars.

The location was super central and within walking distance to most of the main attractions, with plenty of cute cafes and great restaurants very closeby. The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Would definitely stay here again should I be revisiting this city :)

The hotel is very well located right behind tinkers alley which is a perfect spot walkable distance from the Main Street and attractions. The staff especially Tamara and Irina were extremely helpful, friendly and resourceful. Tamara really went out of her way to help me out and also help with local suggestions and recommendations of things to do.

The tv stopped working mid stay but for no fault of the staff. they really did come to help me. also the shower wasn’t easily accessible from the tap
