The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff. They are very nice, hardworking and helpful. They’ve checked us in earlier and they even have sent messages for the parking zone in the city centre for us. Breakfast was perfect as well. The hotel is very clean and as people who travel a lot, for the price we have paid, this is one of the best places we’ve been to. Highly recommend :)

The room was excellent with a mini bar, a comfortable wall to wall carpet, a cooling airco, a large balcony to relax with a drink and a comfortable bed to snooze. The reception staff is exceptional, hospitable, kind and very helpful. This was an especially welcomed experience since in the last few days we had a really bad stay during our crossing from Nis. Thank you guys at Zen Hotel. We are definitely coming back on our next crossing from Serbia!

Everything was very very clean! 10/10 The equipement was a high quality classic hotel equipment. They even gave us treats for our dog as a gift. 10/10 Communication was outstanding, everyone was very kind and very help-full. 10/10 Breakfast was interesting, moderate choice, some fresh fruits but also a lot of "durable" foods. We missed for example a fresh salad, or fresh bread. For a one night stay the breakfast was good, but it's location in the basement is not suitable for a longer stay. 6/10 The location of the hotel is OK, the parking is in front of the hotel, seemed safe. 9/10 We haven't got the time to visit the spa, but it seemd very good from the out-side. Overall it's a Yes!

I loved everything about this hotel!!! The staff was extremely polite and happy, they made me great impression. The room was spacey, clean, comfortable and well equipped. One could feel that the person who designed the hotel thought about everything. There was a general classy feeling all over the place and I loved it. The spa was working 24/7 and was private so thanks to that me and my husband were able to celebrate my birthday in there with a bottle of wine. The breakfast was one of a kind - very rich choice, extremely tasty food, all home made. This hotel is definitely one of a kind, I have never liked a place so much before, not to mention to like it 100%. We will definitely be coming back!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Easy to find. The most friendliest staff we've met /and we travel a lot/. Clean, comfortable, great variety of food during breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the spa facilities because we arrived late at night and checked out early in the morning. We got two bottles of water to go as a compliment....small things make difference. We will definitely be back. Thank you and keep doing what you do. You are great!

Excellent hotel. The staff is amazing and very helpful, the facilities are great and the rooms and beds spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommended and I will be coming back when/if I pass by Nis.

Hot tub water temperature should be a bit warmer or should be possible to be controlled depending on user's preference.

It was the best hotel I've ever experienced in terms of service quality, comfiness and value. I booked a massage to relax after my long trip, but I delayed for more than 1 hour and the therapist was kindly waiting for me all the time. Also the breakfast was super delicious and really huge. They even gave some tasty treats to my dog :) I'm going to stay there on my way back from Turkey.

I think, breakfast could be smaller and not so tasty as I overeaten because of my greediness :D

Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room and the whole hotel was very clean. The hotel is in a quiet part of town which is nice because it is away from the noise and traffic so you can have a good rest. Although we arrived late, we asked for a massage that was provided within half an hour. Definitely worth the price, and certainly remains our place for every next visit to Nish.

The only thing I have complained about is that in such a high-class hotel there was no shampoo and hair conditioner, but only a bottle of some shower gel (without any label) which was intended for washing hair and body. The bathrobes were also very small (we do not all wear size Ѕ) so when we wanted to go for a massage in the Spa area, we had to put on our clothes. I say this as the most deliberate remark and these are details that I think can be changed very easily.

Staff was extremely polite and ready to help with any request. Also we're really impressed by the wide choice of meals for breakfast. Room was quite spacious and clean. Also we had a big open terrace but didn't have time to spend much time there. After check-out the receptionist gave us a small bag of presents (with snacks and water). It was really nice of them.

The location is quite unremarkable and far from city center. So if you decide to go sightseeing or just walk out to the center - you should probably catch a taxi.

It was already the second time we stayed in this hotel and I would always choose it when coming to Nis. The staff is very friendly, makes you feel at home from the first moment. Rooms and bathrooms are great. It is a bit far from the city center, but taxi fees are low, so you can just leave the car there and enjoy your stay. Also dogs are allowed and there is a nice open area close to the hotel where you can walk the dog. We even got water bottles for our journey as a good-bye gift. Don't miss this lovely place.
