I loved this place! You enjoy the privacy of having your own apartment with the advantages of a hotel. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, Internet worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, close to the museums, colonias Condesa and Polanco, and really well communicated with Metrobus if you want to visit El Zocalo, Coyoacan, etc. The area felt very safe.

Cleanliness could have been better. There was some hair in the shower upon my arrival, and the drawers of the kitchen had crumbs. Apart from that, everything was great!

Clean facilities.

My room was next to the avenue where the hotel is located. This avenue is quite noisy during nights and early mornings, so I couldn't sleep properly. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that if I arrived late in the night to the hotel I had to wake up the person in reception in order to get into my room

Bed was exceptional Bathroom was exceptional Staff were great.

Mini fridge was broken and couldn't be replaced. The elevator can be a bit loud. The door needs to be opened by a security guard. T The guard was excellent and polite and helpful, but it's a bit awkward to have to make someone open the door for you every time, especially when you just go to the shop for 5 mins and come back. Felt a bit bad for making him get up and open the door every time. No air conditioning

Everything was top-notch for my necessities for this trip, the room was exactly as described in the images.

The only bad thing and that is why I cannot put in a 10 is that the room doesn't have AC, it comes with a good ventilator, but for me, that is a must because I just need my room cool and refreshed afterncoming from a meeting.

We were met at the door with security personnel and they verified who I was and that I had pre-paid for a suite and handed me the key.

The only thing that could have made my state better would’ve been someone that spoke at least a little bit of English. I had a problem with my safe it was locked and my things were in it and I needed them and it was difficult to make myself understood. I realize that it was my problem because I am in a Spanish-speaking country and I do not speak the language. End result worked fine. They got somebody to come over and open the safe for me.

Clean and close to the park with the castle. Security 24 hours inside the building. Easy checkin and checkout. possible to leave your luggage. A hair dryer can be borrowed. Beds were made every day.

The noise. It is one of the main streets and really noisy the entire time, especially during rush hours. You feel like on a highway. We had a few of them and we’re not picky usually but it was really loud.

We spent 6 days in the suite and it was great. We felt very safe, as the building has cameras and doormen all the time, who were very friendly. The suite was cleaned every working day and had all utensils we needed. The bed was big and super comfortable. The location was great as well.

Sometimes the apartment felt a bit cold, as it lacks heating system.

NOISE FROM CARS AT NIGHT

Location is within the safe area of Mexico City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 24 hrs security person. Housekeeping is done everyday and very clean.

My bathtub had been repaired below standard. There are molds on edge of bathtub. One burner only half headed.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was tidy, had a great view and the bed was very comfortable.

The small kitchenette needed a few things to make it a bit more usable, such as a spatula or sharp knife.
