Travelling with a child we loved the washing machine and separate dryer. We loved the location as it is a few minutes walk from the park, zoo, museums etc. The reception staff were very calm quiet down to earth and friendly. When I arrived a man jumped out to help take in the suitcases which gives a very warm vibe The breakfast was good overall. The bed is very big, comfortable, and warm overnight. The internet worked well. The housekeeping cleaned the room daily if asked. It was very quiet in the evening, good sound proofing. I got the feeling the staff were very responsive. The room comes with 2 coffee bags (caffeine and decaffeinated) and a large bottle of filtered water which is replaced daily. The suites have a very calm vibe!

The detergent they cleaned the floor with smells awful, very strong and toxic. The apartment was very basic, the flooring was very ugly. The building shakes when a truck goes past. The bathroom area is very cramped. We couldn't seem to watch Netflix on the TV, maybe it's just me

We stayed at Suites Contempo for 5 nights and took advantage of the included breakfasts. The food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed them so much that two nights, after walking 10-12 miles, we didn't have energy to find a place for dinner so we went up to the restaurant to eat. The food was really tasty. But best of all the servers, Mayte and Ruben were so great. Super kind and friendly and accommodating to our food needs (vegetarian/vegan). The hotel itself is really nice-nothing fancy, but the room with a small kitchen and a sitting area was quite spacious with a lot of surfaces!-desk, table, counter space in the bathroom! The location is good, in a nice area (and two taco places around the corner) but next time we might want to stay in another neighborhood just to get a different experience. But, I want to stress that everyone there was really friendly and helpful and that made all the difference for our stay there. Special shout out to Mayte and Ruben!

Cozy and friendly vibe; we traveled with two parties and had the floor of two suites to ourselves which made it very convenient and homey, especially because we could easily walk between the rooms and leave the doors open. The restaurant is great and convenient, especially when it was too rainy to go outside, we just ordered food to the room- really high quality and delicious food. Heads up: it takes a while for them to prepare it because it’s all fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaning staff!

I would have preferred black out curtains as opposed to the roll down shades.

We had the executive suite which came at a very reasonable price. Nice large room with a kitchen even though we didn’t use it other than the coffee maker and mini fridge. Even though we were next to a busy street/freeway we heard little in the way of street noise. Breakfast was more than adequate and staff was very friendly and accommodating. A/C was effective and quiet.

So this property must’ve been considered very luxurious in its day but it could use some updating - particularly in the bathroom. Nothing really to complain about but just to be aware of.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Air con quiet and effective. The kitchen area we did not use but seemed equipped. The food in the terrace restaurant was delicious and great portions at breakfast. Team on the front desk arranged airport transfers that was helpful and on leaving were able to move it 30 minutes earlier at short notice. The hotel WhatsApp number was useful.

Only negatives we minor - lights were a bit eccentric with lots of switches and it took a while to get the room lit well enough to read.

The staff were very kind and always available. The rooms were big and included both the bedroom and another room with a sofa and kitchen. The whole room is very well furnished, even with a washing machine. Great location of the hotel.

The lights in the main room were not very strong and during the day, despite the big windows covering the entire length of the suite, the area of the bedroom on the opposite side of the windows is still quite dark. The AC was placed right on top of the bed which isn’t always ideal if you want to use the AC while sleeping.

The place is well located, the staff is friendly and the place is spacious, it is clean and comfortable, it has a washing machine and a restaurant, In your room they leave you a bottle of water and coffee, it has a microwave, minibar and outside it has shops like oxxo and seven eleven. It has air conditioning and hot water.

It lacks remodeling since the furniture looks old, nothing that a good upholstery does not solve, it does not have conditioner and the shampoo and cream could improve, the elevator is a little hidden, I think they are things that can improve to be able to have more people staying, they have good staff working and I think that helps a lot

Small, quiet hotel despite being in front of a big highway. There is not too much noise on the upper floors . Excellent breakfast package and food and drinks at the terrace bar. Very good value for money though Booking. I like that a bath robe was provided, no slippers, though.

Windows can not be open. Could not air the room. Windows need to be clean in rooms and terrace bar. Cleaning products too strong you could smell it and it was not nice. This is not a five-star hotel. No gym, no pool, no common areas, etc.

Property was good. Good location and the facilities were in good order. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with excellent service and a great view.

I chose to stay at this property because it has an air conditioner. That is true but it doesn’t work very well. Other than that the suite was great. All of the staff were great except for the girl working at night who was rude and needs to work on here communication skills.

Great location and nice amenities throughout, including kitchen with all necessary items -- silverware and plates etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff at front desk. 9th floor suite had sweeping views -- beautiful at night. Very short walk to park and museums. Convenience stores and many restaurants -- and street food in area.

All aspects were very good, although TV could be better.
