I cannot praise this hotel enough for its exceptional staff and outstanding hospitality. Located in the heart of the city, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Mr. Waleed & Mr. Ehab. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Being situated in the heart it was easy for us to travel all around salalah. Mr. Waleed was kind to offer us free breakfast & also gave us Omani sweets as gifts which we really really enjoyed! The hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Definitely staying in this same hotel if we visit Salalah again!

If I get the chance in the future to go on holiday to Salalah again, I will definitely opt for this hotel. I had a relaxing time in this welcoming hotel. Everything matched my expectations. They have a shuttle bus for the guests who want to go to the beach. But above all, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the personnel working at the front desk whose help was decisive in finding the cellphone I lost inside a cab. Thanks heaps! The location is also remarkable. There is the biggest Mall in town on the other side of the street and an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel where it is possible to eat healthy...not by chance it is called Healthylicious.

excellent location in the city center. Nice, clean rooms, courteous staff who were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Would like to mention Tushar who prepared our room. Thanks Tushar. Breakfast spread was excellent. great quality food. Overall a great comfortable stay for all of us.

Gym equipment wasn't working. Not a deal broker though. If I visit Oman again I will definitely go for the same hotel.

Good location with many restaurants, grocery store, laundry, gas station that has ATM, mall opposite the hotel. There is also car rental agency within the hotel. Overall clean, safe and cosy hotel with good service and good facilities. Breakfast was also very good. Thanks to manager for the free breakfast.

I booked a twin room and I had to attach the beds by myself since the helping 2 staff mentioned that someone will come next day to assist if i needed. The fact that the manager was enforcing extra services that I did not require, even though it may have been out of politeness. The staff knocking at my door at late hour to bring me cake and telling me that if I don't want to be disturbed, I had to keep the do not disturb sign outside the door, rude. Toilet bowl is moldy, which states the fact that it is not being cleaned and sanitized properly, just superficial cleaning.

+Ve The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good location in front of the mall and there are many shops and services on the same road and behind the hotel. Very helpful staff. A cute table with 4 chairs on the pavement of the hotel enterance to enjoy the street vibes.

-ve The breakfast is very disappointing. It ends at 10 30 yet we went at 10 and all there was was empty plates and left overs. They didnt refill the platters so there was not much to eat. Also I had mentioned the day before to the reception that they should cover the fruits in the bouffet because they were many fruits flies over the fruits yet when I went today the platters were uncovered. The interiors of the hotel is a very Omani style furniture, so if you are looking for a luxurious ,light ,airy modern hotel this isn't for you.

The hotel is easy to find, close to Salalah airport and by the main road. The staff is very attentive. Always willing to help and always greeting you with an extensive and hearty smile. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Hospitality is much higher than you might expect in a city hotel. So a great place to stay. Just be aware if you are light or noise-sensitive, bring eye pads and earplugs (the proximity to the main road has its downsides). But the comfy beds and staff smiles will compensate for any possible light/noise inconvenience:). Plus, be ready to be welcomed by Omani smiles, coffee and dates. It's a lovely start of your stay :)

The "facilities" state "private beach". It is an agreement with a cage on Dahariz beach that they will provide you with a chair and a towel. When I came to the cafe, no one knew about such a deal (the manager wanted to ensure I would be set on the beach the following day, but my program did not allow another try). Anyway, it did not matter. The beach is vast, and you can just place yourself wherever you want or drive 10 minutes more to get to much nicer and less populated beaches further south:) To get to the beach, you need a car anyway.

The location is very good - just a short walk from the mall and a lively area filled with restaurants, including what might be the best juicery in all of Oman. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. One of our favorite features was the beautifully designed Arabic-style sitting area in the lobby, which added a lovely cultural touch to the experience.

The only downside for us was the breakfast—it seemed to be made from lower-quality products and wasn’t quite to our taste.

Need to improve the breakfast buffet and keep it warm or hot every time; also staff have to work more active and check the availability of the food every time; recommend for hotel management to follow up the staff and prefer to provide good and same dress while working and the chef has to wear cooking dress.

Nothing; just as I mentioned above; Hotel staff suppose to have same dress with Hotel logo. Breakfast buffet and the dishes need to improve and add more dishes with choices dishes upon request.

The property is clean and excellent. And I want to thanks the worker Mohammed Tash he is so kind and polite.

The room was VERY clean. We could check in as soon as we got to the hotel. The location is really nice, it's opposite a mall and there are many little shops where you guy buy shawarma, fresh juices, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even gave us tips on where to go..

We had breakfast one of the mornings, it wasn't that great to be honest. But it filled us for a couple of hours, that's all we wanted. Doesn't have a privet beach like booking.com suggests
