The customer service was excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful. I need to thank specifically Mr. Naser for his professionalism and help in arranging our connected rooms. I would like also to express my gratitude to Mr. Vishnu for his exceptional kindness and support during our stay. He went above and beyond by providing us with a delicious breakfast that we throughly enjoyed. In addition, the hotel location was ideal and added to the overall positive experience.

We booked for 8 nights and we considered the rate per night to be high.

1. very courteous and helpful staff with fairly flexible policies, gave late checkout also 2. good variety of breakfast, I enjoyed it 3. good location, next to Salalah gardens mall and many food options close by 4. were given our own choice of rooms 5. comfortable bed with great room sizes

1. the TV has no smart functionality - even though there are 2 TVs in the room, couldn't connect any apps to it - really needs to be improved 2. AC was making a bit of noise - propetyy just needs a bit more upkeep

First of all, I want to thank the hotel for the unexpected upgrade, I was very pleased, since I was in Oman for the first time. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and what I noticed is that as in very expensive hotels with high standards they give everything with two hands which shows their hospitality, that’s a little but very nice thing! The room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the chic huge bed. Definitely if I visit Salalah again I will stay there!

A little problem was with the water, it was barely warm, almost cold.

We booked the hotel for long weekend trip to Salalah. We were not looking for something luxurious just something to sleep and go to explore the nature. This is what you will have, something convenient affordable but not luxurious nor romantic. It met the expectations.

Perhaps the breakfast could be better

Large comfortable rooms. Although the hotel is slightly dated it is a comfortable hotel, friendly staff & airport transfer makes getting to & from super easy.

Spacious rooms, friendly staffs, big swimming pool and gym, wide and well maintained yard

Gym time is from 1 pm to 10 pm, (I guess gym is also shared with outside members together with hotel guests). However, hotel authorities may think to keep the gym opened in morning, maybe only for hotel guests from 8/or 9 am. And for members from 1 pm. Just an idea

Very spacious room (or actually two rooms) and all necessary amenities - bed, fridge, sofa... Everything one needs for a quick stay in Salalah while exploring its beauty.

It is nice place to stay for a weekend

Staff was helpful, especially evening shift always tried to support and if needed responded promptly! One of the night shift receptionist was super kind!

Location very good - the stuff is so helpful and friendly - the food is so delicious - it was clean - big rooms and big beds - all the necessary things available in the room - the pool is so much big
