Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay here! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the garden very familiar, able to enjoy a nice chat ! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—close to the airport! Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning on my next!

The room was very spacious, beautiful small garden with a kitchen where you can help yourself with tea and coffee. Generous breakfast; croissants, different types of cakes (I usually don't have breakfast but I tried one of them, it was super good :)), Nutella buns and lots more. Close to the main square. Marco is super kind, he answers all the questions, always available. We weren't sure what time we exactly arrive, he prepared our room and we could check-in at any time. He also sent us the door code and stayed in touch via WhatsApp all the time asking if everything was ok and if we needed something. Very nice!

Amazing meet and welcome from Marco, hot shower, comfy bed and within walking distance of the main area of Terrasini. Really great value for money if you’re on a budget but want somewhere reliable. The garden area was lovely and well kept too - a sun trap.

Mosquitos found their way into our room unfortunately - no screen on the bathroom window and it’d been raining. But it’s to be expected by the sea I guess. We just weren’t prepared at this time of year so just be mindful if you leave the window open.

Everything from the location (close to the airport) to the property itself which is very comfortable, clean, well decorated and with a nice garden and long chairs. There’s a gazebo with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, cutlery and more. The property is 10 min walk from a cove with crystal clear water and a great beach. There’s a supermarket within 10 min walk which was great. Marco the owner was just great and he went above and beyond the line of duty to take us to the airport at 4am this morning. He was very helpful too with information about bus lines from Palermo .

It is like a total Escape from the rapid pace and noise in Sicily. A beautiful rose garden with lawns chairs and tables, a common dining section in the garden, each room nicely furnished with large bed a dividing wall and two single bed, fridge, tv, etc. And a very nice bathroom with bidet and spacious shower. We were well received, Marco is very helpful and respond quickly to requests on WhatsApp. Free and safe street parking in front, 5 min. walk to the beach, restaurants (try Coral Reef and also Baia bistro).

The apartment is fully in line with the description. Pleasant courtyard with perfect lawn, closed from the street (entrance to the territory by key). Good breakfast. Very friendly host Marco. As I needed to drop off my car on a Sunday evening and there was no airport bus on Sundays, he kindly offered to drive me to the rental office and pick me up from there. And even waived the fee for that service. And early in the morning he organised breakfast for us and drove us to the bus stop. It is not far to the sea, but the beach is a bit far, however, if you have a car it is not a problem. I highly recommend going to the natural thermal springs Terme Segestane (not the ones for money, but the ones next to them - a natural pool with hot water and a river with lakes with warm water and a waterfall in a gorge nearby). On google maps they are called Terme Libere di Segesta. You can combine it with a visit to the unique temple of Segesta.

Modern, clean and nice equipped accomodation with everything you need. You can park your car on the street, infront of accomodation, there are always some free spaces. Infront of the room is very nice garden to relax. The accomodation is close to the center and the beach of Terassini. You can go walking.The owner - Marco is very responsive, he answeres all your questions imediately. He helped us with transfer from rentacar and to airport Palermo. Because of early flight in the morning, we missed the breakfast, but Marco brought us the best croissants in Sicily. This accomodation is very nice if you want to relax on the beach, explore Terassini city or if you need accomodation close to Palermo airport because of early or late flight. Dont worry, the owner will help you with everything.

Everything was super! I tottaly recommend this accomodation, I would choose it again, with no doubt.

Communication with our host, Marci, was great. The rooms were nice and clean. There were bottles of water left for us, and the breakfast was AMAZING! We would definitely stay here again. Don't be fooled by the look from the street. There was construction happening on the house in front of this property. During the night, when we arrived, it looked like a derelict property, and the door to the walkway to the property was hard to spot. We thought, "OH no! What did we get ourselves into?" However, once we found the door, and walked in, we were in a lovely yard, and the property was great. In the morning we could see that the "derelict" house was just a house being refurbished.

We completed a 2 week tour of Sicily and stayed in Amantea Monument for our final night. The place was very clean, gated so we felt safe. Marco met us early to check in and was very helpful and accommodating. We went to a great seafood restaurant nearby and had one of the best meals in Sicily. Highly recommend!

Marco, the proprietor is very helpful and friendly having been in contact with us from the moment of booking trough our stay. We booked his property in order to get our flights from Palermo airport the next day and we’re surprised with a beautiful city (Terrasini), good food and beautiful coast. Besides that, and the important part here, is that the room is well located, perfect for when you have to wait a flight as it’s not in the centre but in short walking distance. Well kept and very comfortable. Breakfast in his restaurant next door was very nice as well.
