Very clean, functional, creative use of space, met basic needs, excellent disability shower, good refrigerator, quiet HVAC unit with wall thermometer, attractive background panel for tv and bed, safeguard barrier around base of bed, comfortable bed, parking directly in front of unit. Breakfast, liked the pancake maker.

Curtains do not keep out light at bottom and sides, but great valance! Coffee. Lack of bathroom surface or small table to set toiletries, etc. one thin bath towel, bedside flexible lighting flopping over, difficult to set in desired position.

Easy location, beds very comfortable, check in and check out a breeze. great Mexican restaurant quarter mile away (Jalisco).

No bath mat, not enough towels (had to go back to front desk, she didn’t know what a bath mat was, but hubby helped her find one). Front desk clerk spoke very fast and was hard to understand, although she was pleasant. A roach crawled up my leg while having breakfast in the breakfast room. Everything seemed clean, but that was the end of my appetite!

Breakfast was adequate. Small selection but good.

Sound travels easily through walls but not a bad stay

The location is great right off 95. We have used this place for years as our layover spot when we travel from Virginia to Florida. For years it has been consistent. Clean, safe, comfortable all at an affordable price.

The parking is free but unlike other motels where you are given a spot outside your room, this property allows anyone to park anywhere. So you may have room 12- and someone else may be parked outside of your room and you may have to park around back. Still a safe feeling with surveillance cameras all over the property.

I liked the five star rating. The room was very nice and comfortable. And it is right off of the highway.

There is no elevator. I'm an older person with luggage and carrying all things up two flights of stairs can be hard, and no help 😭. I also didn't like that some of the amenities were available outside through an open airway. It was dark and uncomfortable. The washer and dryer, the soda machine, the ice machine, information pamphlets were out under through this airway.

The hot tub in room was very nice and clean with plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very responsive.

The floors could have used a better cleaning and we had some very loud neighbors a few times. Seemed like parking was a bit difficult if you left and got back a bit later in the evening as well. In the evenings it definitely took on a more sketchy feel.

The room was great and very comfortable. After a very long drive, we were happy to be in such a nice room. It was convenient that the hotel was right off Highway 95 and having breakfast included got us back on the road in a timely manner. The hotel was a great value for what was provided.

No complaints at all.

The property was clean and quiet. I love the decor of the rooms. The staff was pleasant.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that they only serve pork sausages for breakfast instead of having other varieties of breakfast meats because everyone don’t eat pork. There were no towel racks in the bathroom and shower because the room was partially renovated. Also, no pool.

Booked a room and when I arrived was told it was not available after it was confirmed. Then was told it would cost me more money which I considered very unprofessional and false advertising not that it was a lot more money but it should have been have been waved as it was not my fault but yours It would have been the right thing to do to just wave the extra cost

Room opened out to a dumpster that was cleaning out/ renovating other rooms. I was warned that renovations were taking place, but as a returning customer I will take that into consideration if/when I travel to that location next time.
