Property very clean and very well organized.

There was only one little minor issue about the room card, we stayed two nights.. I went to get into the room the second day.. could not open the door, had to go back downstairs and get the card renewed for another day. Manager was there and explained they were training new office receptionists, in which I understood because I’ve previously worked for a hotel before. But as far as that, great place to stay!

Everything was very well the staff the manager was very good I would tell everybody to book there

One thing they need a new mattress because they mattress sinks everything else is lovely

The staff was very helpful and respectful and the whole entire place smelled great every floor every inch of the property it’s nice to have a clean smelling place just like home! The location is amazing close to everything but yet far enough off of the road to be private.

Lots of parking

The room was tired and could use some updating. The furniture was scratched up and the old tv mount was on the credenza was rusty . The shower was not lined up with the position of the tub making it awkward. Windows were filthy inside and out.

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FRONT DESK CHECK IN APRIL WAS PROMPT DEDICATED TO MY WELL BEINGIN AND BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS

Not a smoking facility

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was beyond my expectations: link sausage, sausage patty, bacon, scrambled egg, hot grits, sausage gravy, waffle maker for the hot foods besides everything else for a continental breakfast.

TV had internet no local stations. Only internet networks.

Big rooms. I guess civic has everything messed up. Let's get hot breakfast back

Some sort of new deposit. I am not used to this as room is paid with credit card. Talked to other guest and he was equally unhappy. I can understand this with cash customers. Get real

The property was clean and dressed without trash seen in the parking lot. The accommodations were reasonable despite needing a little facelift. The host upon checking in was awesome (Justin) and the manger assisted us whenever asked. We would surely return!

The staff was amazing. The first room we got was not cleaned but they quickly got us into another room. The breakfast was pretty good as well. All in all it was good stay.

The only problem I had was that there was no blanket on the bed and only sheets.

The room was good, we rest well ! Large enough for the number in our party! They were short staff, but they did well in spite of the lack.

No coffe in the room and it took a day to get an additional key!
