Food was fresh & tasty. Had a lovely breakfast every morning & dinner one night, all were delicious. Room was clean , spacious & comfy. Serviced every day to high standards. All staff friendly & helpful. Location perfect for Wembley stadium as well as Central London. Ashbourne pub just across the road if you need a cheaper drink /cocktails/change of scenery, recommended.

Car parking so expensive especially for disabled who have no choice but to use a car. would have liked the bar to be open a little later , was refused a drink on return from the stadium.

The staff from reception and bar were very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and clean and the beds were very comfortable, lovely room.

The dining room was so hectic, there was no organization with the flow of the food, the toaster was situated in the most awquard place where no-one could get past when people were making toast. People were waiting ages for buffet food, there was never enough put out, I asked a waiter for ham and then had to ask again. There didn't seem to be enough staff on. Also there was only 1 coffee machine for the whole dining room, which left people in long queue for hot drinks

This hotel perfectly delivers on its promises: Somewhat far from the citycenter yes, but reasonable price, 1 minute walk to the tube station, the tube takes you to the citycenter in 45 minutes. I specifically requested twin beds, the staff confirmed in advance and I got twin beds (whereas other hotels were striggling with confirming twin beds in advance - this was my main reason to choose Crowne Plaza Hotel). The room was perfect for a few nights stay, yes, somewhat old furniture, but again, reasonable price and everything was working, the shower was nice, breakfast was more than sufficient, and the two guys at the bar in the evenings were fantastic: Super friendly, super helpful! Great job guys and thanks for everything!

I can not say anything specifically that I did not like. Again, the hotel is not perfect, but perfectly delivered on its promises.

They are way above my expectations. More than helpull staff, actually the kind of willing to help. They offered us a breakfast even for the arrival day and when we had to leave early they offered to make some take away with the breakfast. Not something very fancy but still, the intention was much appreciated! They have a restaurant that prooved to be extremely helpfull after a long day in the city. It is close to an underground station, so everything si easy.

The only thing that one can complain is the distance from the center, but this is compensated by the underground station that is next to the hotel and of course, by the price for the services (way better than in the center). Anyhow, it should be mentioned that you need about 30 min to get to the hotel.

Access to tube , clean and fresh. On the whole friendly staff especially the cleaners and reception.

Breakfast a bit chaotic. Food was good. Witmessed others shown to tables and offered tea and coffee but this was not offered to us nor did they ever offer top ups to us. One station for latte:s etc always queued- with the numbers attending breakfast ( i was there between 9-10 midweek and weekend), 2 required as a minimum. Tables generally cleared quickly but table tops not cleaned properly and often not fully reset eg missing cutlery and mugs etc. I think more training and supervision required in this area- there did seem to be enough staff around but ineffectual.. Some staff very hard working, observant and efficient, others struggling and dithering about.

I like the room. The hotel is located on some good public transportation lines. Even though we didn't eat the breakfast this time, we did like it last time. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!

The location is hard to get to, and it is far away from things. We stayed here because we liked the gym last time, but the gym has fallen into a state that needs repair and attention from someone who actually uses the equipment. While clean, there were no cleaning wipes, and the dual cable machine has broken pieces. The bed also moves too much.

The breakfast choice is excellent.

I didn't like the enterence sign.You can't sign when you turn from the roundabout or when driving from the other side. It Needs to been more lighterend up, with larger words so customer can see where to enter as it hidden and the sharp turning doesn't give customers time to look. It can be difficult to spot it straight away. Also you need to make it clear online about your parking if it's free or not. That can be misleading customer are not aware if there are charges.

Very clean, very comfortable, well maintained. Quality bed linen. Good sound-proofing - I was overlooking the main road but no noise. Excellent breakfast - helpful and attentive staff.

My only problem was that on arrival Reception could not find my booking. They searched on first name and last name, but because the name on my credit card was Mr Firstname A last name, the search did not find it and I had to call my office on a Saturday night to get a reference. Maybe your search term should include wildcards.

The location of the hotel is very good, 1 min from the Central line Tube, and thre are buss stoppes all around it. We manged to check in early, around 1 PM, then the normal time, which seems to be 3 PM, The reception stuff was great, and helped us with the luggages while waiting, and they managed to do an early checkin. The room was good, cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of options, and the stuff, is helping in the buffet. It was the best option we manage to get at the time, as all other hotels around center of london are super expesive.

Breakfast is good and serve every single guest as per their requirement. Specially love the cook and the serving people including a Chinese and Indian boys. The cook from Pakistan was so good and friendly. We also bee thankful to the night shift receptionist and house keeping staff for helping us. Overall best stay
