We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really spacious with comfortable king-size bed, it was clean and modern with fully equipped bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, that was delicious and always freshly cooked. We would really recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little further from the city centre but there are a few bus stops and two underground stations nearby.

There were wonderfull breakfasts in english style, very delicious (I can recommend for example full english breakfast) which give you energie for and half of the day. Very nice and pleasant people there, prepared to help you with whatever you need. I can recommend to everyone, can imagine to stay there next time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was super, warm, clean, and quiet!!! Breakfast is good. We found much more than we expected, so thanks a lot.

Clean, good sized room with a comfortable bed and effective (and quiet) aircon. Bathroom small but well equipped with a nice shower and decent water pressure. Got a good nights sleep. Staff were lovely and friendly. Food and drinks were available from the cafe downstairs until 20:00, with take away available after this, which was convenient. Excellent full English breakfast provided in the morning rounded off a great stay.

Blackout curtains would be an improvement, and there was a little traffic noise in the morning, but it was not too bad. It was a 15 min walk from Stonebridge Park tube station, but I knew this before I booked. Decided to get an Uber to Wembley later that evening, was not too expensive.

The hotel offered a range of options for breakfast and a generous finish time of 11am for breakfast. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning in a large dining area. We found the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and accessible by stairs and a lift. The room also had a fridge, kettle and microwave. The bonus of staying in the hotel was the use of the free hotel car park. The hotel also has an outdoor garden terrace which is perfect for warm days and nights. Several buses run by the hotel and it is close to a few underground stations including Stonebridge Park station (a handy 15 minute walk away).

There is scope for putting hooks and shelves in the bedrooms for guest use. This may be in the plans as the hotel is undergoing refurbishment at present.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my room. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had new fittings and was equipped with everything I needed. There was even a massage chair in the room. I was very thankful they had a lift. The bed was comfortable. There was a good range of menu options for breakfast. Basic home cooking but tasty and it was included in the price, which I did not expect. Unexpected bonus, the hotel is adjacent to the Grand Union Canal and I enjoyed a very pleasant stroll on my last day.

The hotel seems to be in the process of refurbishing. It did not interfere with my stay but some guests may not like it. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance but the immediate area is mostly industrial. It’s a pity that there is a lot of rubbish alongside the canal but if you can ignore that there are plenty of water birds and views to admire.

Rooms were delightful and clean and they were a very good size despite it being the budget room. This sizing is unusual for London. The bathroom and shower was nice. The budget room also had an additional sink, a microwave, fridge and kettle. All the workers were welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to arrive early to drop the bags off so we could enjoy London. It is walkable (around 15mins) to the subway station which was in the cheaper ticket zones. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was nice once provided. Our room window overlooked Wembley stadium which was amazing and provided more excitement ready for my attendance at the Play-off final. Great hotel for going to Wembley.

The area is very industrial like so not a lot around it (though not the hotel's fault at all really).

The hotel is not in a central location but still a manageable distance from the centre. Recommended travel: use bus 440 to either until North Acton station to get on the Central Line or until Acton Main Line to get on the Elizabeth Line (recommended). Please note the bus timetable is quite bad on weekends, especially on Sundays... The breakfast and the options are fabulous, you can get a real full English breakfast with orange juice and coffee, or omlette with a lot of fillings, or scrambled eggs or even 4 (A,B,C,D) breakfast 'menus' which gives you even more options. All in all the hotel is nice, staff is very helpful, the room is OK for the price, bed is comfortable, despite being in an industrial area of London, you can get a nice sleep. Great hotel for people who spends the day in London and only go back to the hotel at (late) night. Based on the breakfast quality I believe the restaurant for dinner is also a great quality, however we never managed to arrive back in time (restaurant closes at 8PM), so have no experience.

We received one of the older rooms and the window was not really openable + you could not see through it because of a window film.

This hotel was a perfect location for 3 different underground’s. Many breakfast options available when you have breakfast included. All staff were lovely.

Only thing I didn’t like was on the morning of our departure at 8:45am a housekeeper walking into my room while we were in bed. I didn’t like this as there was a do not disturb sign on the door for them and it’s not like we were checking out until 10-11 so yea this left me feeling a bit weird but other than that not a bad thing to say about the rest of the stay.

Very clean room, easy to locate and park in the car park (we did get blocked in on day of departure by a member of staff, but lady at the cafe rang round and got it moved) BUT there is limited free parking on the street outside. We parked there after departure and got the bus to wembley and back. Room was very clean and spacious.bed was comfortable and we had a lovely first floor view of Wembley. 15 min walk to 2 tube stations and bus stop round the corner. Great value for money and cafe breakfast was lovely and fantastic value for money (especially for london).

We had a kitchenette in our room with microwave and hob but there was no bowls, plates or cutlery so became redundant and we didn't need to use it anyway. Again, car park is tiny and we did get blocked in a few times. There is a cafe onsite but no Information in the room. Would be nice to at least have a cafe menu and opening times in the room so we can plan in advance.
