This hotel is very clean and well kept with a beautiful location right on the ocean. We booked a terrace room with a king bed and we were on the ground floor which was lovely as it looked over the pool and ocean. The king bed was very comfortable (the most comfortable we experienced on our 2 week trip to Spain). We were able to open the sliding doors and access the beach easily. The walking path along the beach is well kept and convenient for early morning walks with a coffee. Lots of cute restaurants along the street for easy holiday beach vibes. Would have loved to have stayed an extra night.

Front staff was not very friendly upon arrival, he wasn't rude but he also wasn't very welcoming. We did have a nice warm welcome from the staff in the morning at the younger girl at the front desk. Would be awesome if the hotel offered some sort of hotel shuttle to the airport or some sort of service like that.

The position is excellent with great views of the board walk and beach from my balcony. The terrace was very good although birds were somewhat of a nuisance. Breakfast was very good though a little overpriced.

There was no provision of tea or milk in the bedroom. A number off light fittings were not working, including the light in the shower. Television didn’t work at all. Room cleaner left me without soap or shower gel on one of the days and had to ask at reception.

Our stay was the end of our 4 week trip around Spain. The hotel was awesome, had all the amenities that we needed and the views out to the ocean were the best.

Nothing directly related to the hotel and it's amenities. frustrated with the taxi cost from the hotel to the airport which was a 15min ride. we were advised that it was the best method to get there and it would be only €20. The hotel kindly booked a ride. The taxi meter and driver charged us just short of €40.

This hotel is all about the location. The view is absolutely stunning from the moment you walk through the door to your room. The glass railing allows you to see the ocean perfectly. The onsite restaurant also has lovely views of the ocean and is very relaxing. You're able to comfortably sit there and eat great food while enjoying the whole vibe & scenery.

The only thing I didn't love, I'm not saying that it was necessarily a negative, to each their own, but the fully open shower with zero privacy wasn't my favorite. Likely very charming if you're on your honeymoon.

We liked everything!! We stayed here after a 10 day cruise. We had stayed in downtown Barcelona before, so we wanted to experience a different part outside of the city. There is a nice big boardwalk behind the hotel where the view of the beach is. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good. So close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a perfect place to relax for a few days before returning home. Si close to the airport too.

Wonderful location. All staff members i met were really friendly and helpful. From reception, to cleaning staff and at the bar/restaurant side. The services staff had a great way to make you feel at home and were flexible (e.g. with breakfast etc.), in what is a boutique hotel. Rooms were large and modern with very good equipment. No real negatives.

Breakfast hours could start earlier.

Hotel Donna it's exceptionally beautiful especially sea view rooms .I always travel to Castelldefels in September and its my 3rd time at this hotel.The staff always lovely and friendly to approach nothing is too much for them willing to help with anything. I had a problem with my suitcase on check out and they were very helpful. Thank you 😊

The only thing it's nothing to do with the hotel but the guest next room were very noisy out on the balcony smoking and talking and coughing as late as 3am and very disturbing my sleep. I loved to keep the patio door open to feel the fresh breeze but l couldn't because of the smoke coming from next room.

The restaurant food was excellent as was our breakfast. Wi-Fi was not available following heavy rain, though this fault lied with the internet provider not the hotel. Kindly and graciously the hotel provided a free breakfast, which was much appreciated. The views of the beach and prom were superb. Comfy beds. Very near airport.

The hotel is on Barcelona airports flight path. However the excellent glazing on the windows cut the noise out. The planes seemed to stop at night (we were asleep).

The location is amazing right on beach, with amazing sea views from balcony. the outside terrace is gorgeous.

The hotel is very tired now and could do with a refurbishment especially the bedrooms. No where to hang your bathroom towels up, no where to hang your beach towels. no hooks at all in room even behind doors! no fridge. the bedroom walls are shabby and chipped paint. I see people have said this over and over again but the hotel does not seem to react to any feed back which is a shame.

Beachfront hotel with a very nice and helpful staff. We needed to change our room since it had a strong moldy smell. The front desk helped right away. There wasn't available same room so we got a sea view room with a balcony which we were happy. The bed was very comfortable, nice size room and great balcony with a sea view.

It is a fancy design hotel, rooms but less practical. The rooms has special layout with open-plan bathroom, interesting floor material which we think was not that good and practical mainly around bathroom and toilet areas. There wasn't enough space for toiletries and for towels too (sea view room).
