We had a fantastic stay !! Very nice and helpful stuff. Manager of the front desk was funtastic! Delicious breakfast and Asian restaurant. Drinks were very good . Fantastic servces at the pool bar.

More people from hotel stuff should speak English , hotel is not ready for non Spanish speaking customers. However, personel does everything to help those guests that do not speak Spanish. Food in Italian restaurant needs a bit of upgrade .

Loved the staff. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. The food was good, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was great. Even my husband and brother-in-law participated in the activities and they are both shy.

Three things I didn't like, I am a slow eater so when I wanted to go for dessert, the things that I wanted were usually over. I know it is located on a beach so hot weather is expected but when my ice cream was served it looked more like ice soup. The last thing is that when they fumigated the beach for mosquitos, they all went to the tables near the pool, my group was there and we got EATEN by them.

awesome bartender "Daniel Reyes" definitely an employee that any employer will love to have... all the staff was great... Definitely we are going back for the third time soon.

The variety of food change from first time, hope they get back as it use to be... Food was okay but Not Great as before...

It was enjoyable. I liked the activities in the pool during the day and shows in the evening (such as karaoke, movie, etc.). My husband sang a song in the karaoke night and won a bottle of wine! The food was nice, especially the breakfast! Yum! I tend to sleep until late when I am on vacation, but every morning I woke up to have breakfast. The staff was very kind and nice. I am 36 weeks pregnant, and when I asked for hot water to be delivered to our room, they made an exception and brought a kettle full of hot water. So kind of you! When we were going to the beach, the guards let us leave our towels and phones with them. Lastly, the view is AMAZING. It was a beautiful place.

We found a dead cockroach in our room when we were leaving and the room wasn't as clean as we had expected... but the rest was so great that we didn't mind much about this side of the place.

food was amazing. The staff was very courteous and super attentive. The food was amazing. Very family friendly as well. The property is well maintained and it's definitely worth the price. The view is priceless.

There's nothing that needs to be done. The hotel is amazing and we absolutely enjoyed it. The only problem we had was my balcony door was stuck but that's it. The lines to check in were a little long but that was expected since they had a party.

The pool was beautiful and the access to black sand beach is amazing!

The desks in the bar are sometimes dirty.

Warm&clean pool, fresh food, friendly staff. Everything was beyond my expectation. Definetely will revisit.

We paid for late checkout and they didn't allow us to stay longer than one hour, the security personnel even escorted us from the premises which seems very unnecessary since we paid extra :(
