I loved my stay here, the building itself is beautiful and any restoration work has been done so well. The staff were very friendly, gave me some tips on where to visit and generally a great vibe around the hotel. My favourite part was the breakfast! Ordering it the night before, I opted for the same breakfast every day, it was delicious and healthy. A welcome change from buffet breakfasts. There was also a honesty style bar for a few drinks etc. and fruit, pastries available for free which was a nice touch too. Location couldn't be better, a 5 minute walk to the beach and train station.

I did have some work to do but found the Wifi pretty weak. Perhaps it's because the building is so old and it didn't impact my stay as plenty of places close by with Wifi.

A very friendly welcome, staff was very helpful during our stay. The room is very spacious and light. There were different breakfast menu's to choose from and the quality of the food was good. The 'honesty' bar was very nice and we liked that drinking water was provided. The location is also good, some restaurants, bars and shops in the area and walking distance to the beach. Parking by the beach was 12 euro's per day (not included in our stay) which seemed reasonable as well.

On booking.com it showed our room came with a balcony, in fact this was only a 'french style balcony' so not an outdoor space we could sit. However, we did not complain about this because the hotel has a large patio with very comfortable seating, so we didn't miss it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I stayed in a self catering apartment at the top of the hotel with it's own balcony, the kitchen was well equipped. I also booked the hotel for the spa which I used a lot over the three days I stayed there. The staff at the hotel were lovely and it had a real personal feel due to the staff, Xana and Patricia were so happy and helpful a credit to the hotel. It is very centrally located with a wonderful supermarket Ateller Origin (I think) a short walk away, beach within 5 minutes walk also. Lovely little town. I must also mention that the vegan breakfast was really good and so nice to have that option included.

I booked the spa exclusively but people kept being brought through for massages which was unexpected and slightly disturbing whilst I was naked in the sauna! Apparently this shouldn't have happened but happened again the next day three times. I understand if someone has booked a €200 treatment but to be forewarned would be a good thing. That is the only criticism I have.

Good breakfast. The location was central. The hotel and the room’s were big (double bed and a soda bed) with a “homey” atmosphere. Nicely renovated room's, with high ceilings and roof beams. The room had a small fridge, kettle, cups, ecologically soap/shower cream and a honesty bar on the first the floor. The pool was small but nice to cool down in. Parking was possible in a public garage or at the beach. The staff were nice and helpful.

A good concept - nothing to not like.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, a true gem on a Barcelona coast. Little family run spa-hotel that really makes you feel welcomed and at home from the very first moment. A place cares truly about sustainability as well: found the breakfast ordering system absolutely brilliant! Delicious options and minimizing food waste - truly bravo! And all of the staff are absolutely amazing people one wants to get to know closer! Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience!

Really nothing

We enjoyed staying at Sa Voga tremendously. Terrific staff; welcoming, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Superb breakfast with great choices and flexibility. The hotel layout and presentation is charming and the spa facilities are a real bonus: excellent massage. Excellent recommendations for local eating.

Clean comfortable hotel, quirky, but in a really good way- different from the normal hotel experience. Lots of nice touches like photos of Arenys on each door, plants & herbs in planters everywhere, eco friendly toiletries, etc. Thoroughly recommended!

Did a good breakfast with great choice, but everything came with scrambled egg. Asked if we could have fried egg and we're told NO! Don't understand this as they have a restaurant. Also, I didn't like having to choose my breakfast the night before and having to specify a time to eat it! I was on holiday- surely the choice of what I want to eat on the day and time I want to eat it should be mine, within certain times of course!

The old traditional building was converted to a cozy hotel. Very good location to access the beach and the port restaurants. Very good bed.

Doors were noisy when closed from outside as the handle was not working. When guests arrived upstairs you could hear them walking around their room.

My partner and I stayed for eight days and my daughters and their partners for three days. The purpose of our trip was to go to the F1. Arenys de Mar proved an excellent location for getting to the F1 track this year. The hotel was very well situated within Arenys - walking distance to station, near the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops. The cleanliness and house keeping were exceptional. The rooms were quirky but nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shaded patio and small pool were lovely. We were particularly appreciative of the help with booking parking for the F1 and the two complementary massages were lovely. We felt very much at home in the hotel.

We did not like the breakfast or it’s presentation but there were lots of coffee shops close by.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. It is quite cozy, spotless, and close to the beach. The staff, especially Silvia and Patricia, made the hotel even better
