Staying at this hotel on the slopes of Mount Etna was an incredible experience. The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable, with a welcoming and friendly staff. They provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and activities to enjoy, and were extremely helpful with any issues we had, no matter what we requested. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with everything at the highest standard. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we loved every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The staff was so incredibly kind and informative. The spa was absolutely amazing. We experienced 2 hours of spa all to ourselves. I also forgot my necklace in the room and called the next day. They not only found it but when I went to pick it up they offered us free lunch which was delicious. The hotel is right at the base of the chair lift to Mt Etna. This hotel is simply amazing. We will be back.

The staff are brilliant. Attentive friendly helpful and even gave us an upgrade. The food for breakfast was a stunning array of every conceivable fresh delight. We had the honour of witnessing Etna erupting on the night of our stay. Seeing all from the carpark and our bedroom window. What a lovely place and a wonder to see. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay. Davide could not have offered us a better experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. All three couples had terraces and great views of the mountain top. The bar and the spa experience were exactly what we needed after a long day. Davide booked us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant 400m from the hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Plenty of parking. And super affordable to boot. Could not have asked for a better stay.

The breakfast was buffet style, and the choice of foods and drinks was absolutely wonderful. The best breakfast we had in Sicily. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home immediately. We had a room with a balcony that had loungers, which was a marvellous bonus. Also, the choice of pillows in the room was excellent. You have several options, depending on individual preference.

The rooms were a little dated, with 1970's office-style false ceilings, and the refrigerator in the room was so noisy that it kept waking us up all night. I wanted to throw it into the caldera of Etna. The walls are wafer thin too. I feel like the man in the next room should really get that cough checked out...

Very friendly personal that gives you the feeling to be at home from the beginning. The style is not modern but 100% authentic. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room itself was awesome with a beautiful view. The wellness area is nice as well with a mystical atmosphere; never overcrowded due to the fact that visitors are always limited with a time slot.

Ideal base if looking to go up Etna. Staying so close means that you can get an early start and miss the hoards of people travelling from further afield.Comfortable room with lovely bathroom. Weather conditions cold and miserable when we arrived so it was lovely to have a warm room waiting for us!

Would have preferred to eat at the hotel. However we did appreciate the discount provided at neighbouring restaurant.

Just WOW! You must stay in this hotel to appreciate the Mt Etna atmosphere. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast spread was out of thos world. There are souvenirs at a very good price, so you don't have to fall into a tourist trap elsewhere. Walk to the cable cars. The full experience ticket is a must, no need to book extra guides or excursions! Loved every moment!

You can’t go to Sicily without going to Mt Etna. This hotel was the closest to the top. We highly recommend it. Room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a large selection. There are 2 restaurants nearby. Antonio at the Rifugino Sapienza restaurant was great! It’s also very close to the aerial tram. David and the staff were very nice and helpful. The people of Sicily are some of the friendliest people in the world.

This was an impromptu stay - We knew we wanted to visit etna but had no idea you could stay so close. The location is a short walk from the cable cars which actually was ideal to not be in the central touristic zone. We arrived a little earlier than expected but the receptionist was a MIRACLE WORKER and managed to let us in a little early - He was generally veryyy prompt in response to any questions, super friendly and also booked us a spa session where we had the entire spa area to ourselves for an hour - we were expecting basic facilities but it was wonderful calming and well finished with 2 hot saunas, a steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation room with apples galore. The hotel is set in this alien volcanic landscape which basically sits in the clouds. The internet was great and the bed was one of the most comfortable on our trip (we went for one of the nicer rooms). Great shower, delicious spread for breakfast but mainly a completely amazing location.
