The room was a good size, bathroom was large. The Breakfast was good and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town and thw chateau. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were cycling and the cycle storage was excellent (plus they were very happy to store our bags which were delivered/collected by a baggage transfer service).

The room had a sloping roof on one side of the bed which reduced the space and made that side of the room feel a bit cramped. There were some inconsiderate guests who came back late and were noisy on the stairs and in the corridor, and as our room door opened diretly out onto the stairs they woke us up, which was annoying. Although the cycle storage was excellent, there was a short steep ramp to get into the garage - not a major problem for us and the staff were helpful and opened up both doors to make it easier, but I noticed it was tricky for a couple of people with e-bikes which are much heavier.

This was the perfect place to use as my home base for 4 days for exploring Amboise and other nearby chateaus by bike. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, and only a 20-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I made use of their great breakfast every morning and their bike storage room. There's no outdoor space, but you are less than a 5-minute walk from the river anyways.

A great location right in the centre of town within easy walking distance of the two chateaus. We had a great welcome from the hotel receptionist. She was very helpful as we had arrived on two cycles. They have great facilities here for cycles - a large room which leads straight into the main hotel and with convenient charging points for electric cycles. It couldn't be better. Breakfast was good here too.

The room and bed were quite small but everything was very clean. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel.

The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. The room is very small but adequate though it could be improved by having a slightly larger table to put things on and a luggage rack. Having to open your suitcase case either on the floor or the bed is a bummer.

We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly ( we were travelling with our dog). We found the staff very friendly and Helpful. The room was not large but fine for us as we were only staying the one night. We didn't have to walk far to find the historic area and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good but we found the dinning room a little cramped.

I like the location that is closed to Chateau d'Amboise. It's located near the busy area but relatively quiet street. I'm glad that I reserved a parking space with the hotel because street parking can be very challenging.

The breakfast cups and plates were not cleaned properly. Coffee stains and other food residue were visible.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff close to the Royal Palace, restaurants, etc. Secure walled parking was about 150 yards away for my motorcycle and cars too. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

The location was fantastic! Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast area was charming. Parking was wonderful.

The bathroom were extremely small and hard to use. I got locked in the shower. The access is not ADA accessible.

No parking, except what you find on street (some of which must be paid for). Shower & room are a bit small. Need more space for closet/hanging stuff and/or dresser.

The proximity to the sights of Amboise and the price were very good. Staff were helpful and polite and the room appeared to be very clean. The availability of private parking was very convenient, but there was no security as the gate was 'broken'.

Room was quite warm and there did not appear to be any air conditioning. Unfortunately, the street traffic was too noisy to leave the window open.
