The breakfast was excellent. We travel from Canada every year to take our sister home to Denver and we always stay At the country Inn and suites. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay there on the way to Denver because of a seventh day Adventist campus and there was one room left and the price had skyrocketed so high there was no way we were going to that kind of price. But we did stay on the way back from Denver and we will make sure that we pre-book well in advance and hopefully get a room there and back next year. We have been travelling and staying at the country and suites for the last 10 years on the way to and on the way back from Denver. We are happy with your hotel

The plug ins on the night stand lamp, large spacious room,great hot breakfast, awesome water pressure in the shower, bathroom fan actually clears off the moisture from the lighted bathroom mirror after showering, fresh baked cookies in the lobby (at random times) secure guest laundry rooms, located next to Harbor freight, Walmart, Ulta Beauty, Marshall's. Also near Ruby Tuesdays. Nice employees. We love this hotel.

This isn't really a big deal, but our visit this trip was for 3 nights and we did get missed for room freshening/ replenishing towels. I stopped at the front desk and they sent someone up to take care of our room. Also, we got the same room we stayed at a year ago and noticed the bed isn't quite as comfy as it to be. It wasn't terrible though.

Breakfast was very good and 4 wristbands to the water park next door was a bonus that we weren’t expecting! And the gal who checked us in was prompt, very professional and friendly. There was also a couple nice little spots with seating outdoors the front doors that our family sat to eat pizza in the evening. This was definitely the best hotel experience our family has had in a long time!

Would have been nice to have more outdoor seating, but it was nice to have any kind of outdoor seating!

Breakfast was great-- bacon, scrambled eggs,potatoes, along with breads/bagels, biscuits and gravy, juices, oatmeal with toppings, milk and chocolate milk, 4 different cereals, and waffle maker. Best hotel breakfast along our 10 day vacation. Waterpark was fun for kids to end vacation with. Wasn't overly chlorine smell which was nice that they regulated it better than most hotels! Very accommodating as we checked in at 1 am and very friendly staff! Was worth every dollar!

The Waterpark slides need some maintenance. Ended up scraping back and legs on slide. Short window for breakfast 6-9:30.

Pretty much everything. Cookies when e we got there. Clean comfortable room. Exceptional pool. Great breakfast. All staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was so friendly and kind. There was a lady who evidently had a problem and was yelling and cussing at him. He calmly tried to assist her but she wasn’t having. She screamed FU and stormed out the door while we and others were having breakfast. He came in the dining area and apologized for her behavior. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again. Great hotel and service.

First day the breakfast was picked over, however I saw that there was limited help. The second day was stocked well.

It was too cold for the water park to be functional. I wish I would have known this when booking, however, I probably would have stayed here regardless. The second day the water park was working which was fun for the squids.

The hotel is easy to get to as it is just off the main drag through town. It is close to a number of options for shopping and eating. The breakfast was a full, hot breakfast and was very good. There was a large selection to choose from. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There is a takeout place (Qdobo) nearby that was fabulous. This hotel is definitely worth a repeat visit and will probaby be our go-to place in Gillette.

We liked everything.

The room was very clean and nice. The Waterpark was a blast for my daughter and I. Breakfast was pretty good, fresh berries were a wonderful surprise! Also, the complimentary cookies in the evening was a nice touch.

Currently undergoing renovations, although it did not disturb our stay. The Waterpark looked as though it needed some repairs, nothing unsafe.

My family and I were passing through 17 of us! In the morning we went and ate a decent breakfast, provided by the hotel. Next we rinsed off, and went swimming. The slide was not running the kids went to play in it. Up and down making their own fun! Eventually a maintenance guy was walking around, and started up the slides for us . That literally made our day!

More than one bar of soap. Also on the ceiling it looked like a long brown line that was due to something leaking above us at one point .

The pool and water park were cool. Sat in the hot tub and relaxed. Great place to take kids if you have them. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good and my son and husband thought it was good.

There wasn't any hot water in the showers at the pool. I was going to rinse off there and I didn't end up using the shower at the pool. Everything else was pretty good. That is all I'm going to write.
