A very convenient place to stay, if, like us, you are doing a road trip across northern Italy. Located just off the ring road, it obviously doesn't have the advantages of hotels and accommodation in the historical centre, but it is just very easy. We had a room on the 14th floor - clean, comfy bed etc - with great views over Bologna, and the towers in the distance. We didn't want to try and find a restaurant nearby, so ate in the hotel restaurant - and like most of these business hotels, the food offering is excellent. Really good quality and good restaurant standard. Breakfast was buffet style, but again, really good. Lots of choice and no issues with quality. A recommended hotel if you are travelling and need a place to stay for a night that is convenient and hassle free. Parking is also free, with lots of spaces outside the front of the hotel.

It was convenient to what we needed as a place to stay overnight before going on a cruise. It was clean, rooms were good, breakfast excellent.

The main meals in the restaurant were a little pricy for what you got, but it was okay. However my daughter in law encountered a very rude guest in the lift with her 3 young children. He swore at her in Italian thinking she couldn’t understand, but she is Australian/Italian and understood perfectly what he said. She was really shaken up and told her husband. Unfortunately we did not see this man again, otherwise we would have challenged him. It certainly put a dampener on our stay.

We stayed overnight on our way further down south. The hotel is just a minute's drive from the motorway so this is an excellent location if you're not planning on visiting the city itself. The hotel was busy, with lots of guests coming and going but the rooms are very quiet. We never heard anyone else. The rooms are clean but you can see that many people have passed through - patches of worn carpet and knocks on the wall, etc. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment but I the staff at the reception desk was very patient despite being very busy with checking in guests.

For such a price it’s great. 130€ for the room with two separate beds in italy it’s a gem. Obviously it has its downside, like there were a small spider web in the room, the walls are scratched, everything seems to be a little “used”. And by that I mean there was a cheap maintenance of all this. But being honest you don’t expect new rooms ( 44 sq m) for less than 200€ in italy. And even so even many 5 starts hotels sometimes have problems with this, so I think price/quality is perfect there. Rooms were clean and big. mattresses are fine. No slippers and bed robes, But the hotel has swimming pool and GYM. Overall quite good

Everything was amazing, Raffaele at reception very helpful, at first night we were hungry and he helped us to order a food using his phone and get this delivered, and when the food arrived, I got a call from reception in my room instead of waiting for a food at reception.

We stayed three nights, and were told at reception there is a coffee machine to use for 24 hours, which we used for 2 days, The third day the coffee machine was switched off and we were told by a lady at reception that it only opens when the bar is closed which was not a big deal but a bit disappointing.

Our room was located on the high floor and we enjoyed the view. It was also spacious with modern design. Breakfast wasn’t expensive but quite repetitive. The staff was quite hospitable and every my request was satisfied. There is a big supermarket and a good pizzeria nearby which was quite convenient.

The hotel is 20-30 min from the center by public transport. There is no possibility to open a window in the room and have any fresh air. It was very dusty in our room because of this issue. I would suggest to change breakfast from time to time. The cleaning staff was quite inconsistent. One day you could get 1 water then next day 3 waters, and the same for all the other things like bathrobes and shampoos.

The hotel is really nice; rooms are well furnished with quite new furniture, and bed is huge, but more important very comfortable. AC was working really well. Bathroom is big and shower with bathtub was really nice. Good quality toiletries. Minibar with 2 free cans of water (still + sparkling). We were on the 13th floor and the view was quite nice. Overall we felt that room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was continental with good food choices.

Is quite far from the historical center, but that can be easily solved via local transport. Carpet in the room had some stains and looked a bit older but still somehow well vacuumed.

Breakfast was ok but eggs like powder and tasteless. We’re disappointed after a long day coming back to the restaurant for dinner only to be told that the restaurant was only open to another group and there were no other options to eat nearby so had to have the bar menu which was limited and food came out cold . The wait staff we’re great though but they need to be clear with the guests if they are going to do this as it’s a long way out from the city center to find a decent meal after a long day .

Spacious room with a wonderful en suite. Breakfast was a pleasing experience with plenty of choices from cold meats to cooked meats, fruits, cerials, cakes, cheeses. Just about everything anyone could wish for. Also, plenty of parking (a premiun in Bologna). Hugely spacious rooms

Lifts a little crowded in the morning 'rush' (we was on the 4th floor) . Then there are the stairs for the more energetic . The air con was OK. Not brilliant. Out of the city centre - can drive (or #14 bus across the roundabout to save having to park!)

Hotel is well positioned if you are visiting Italy by car. It is also across the way from superstore. It is clean, but the rooms are also outdated and could be renovated. Hotel has a gym but it is very bad for a hotel this size. It has couple of bikes, trademils, and orbitrek. It also has one set of weights. I do not expect a smith machine, but a bar and couple of disc weights should not be that big of a issue. If you are a cardio bunny you should be fine, but if you are lifting serious weights this is not a serious gym. At all. Staff is very polite and very professional. And the breakfast choice is excellent. Here I would only recomend to add more light/protein version of products.

Rooms are outdated so it feels more like 3 star hotel. Gym needs more equipment and renovation.
