The room, interier, decor, furniture...Really nice, stylish, clean.Very very nice hotel. Stuff friendly, professional,providing good service, speaking good english (except the man in parking area :-) ) Breakfast was as should be in this type of hotel. Location fine, easy to find! Amazing view from 13th floor.

BUT! I was totally shocked by fact, that main and only lobby in the hotel was smoking area! How is this possible in 5 star hotel in 2022? The fact that smoking was allowed in lobby , meant, that you could smell it in whole area! For me , disgusting,shocking, no matter what ventilation they had there. The second shock was that masks weren´t mandatory.Stuff didn´t have them too!Except receptionists, somehow, partly... I really didn´t feel comfortable having breakfast and see people without masks , picking up food and talking above the food on bufet without it! I´m really sorry , that i have to write this here, but those too fact killed my good feel from this beautiful hotel.

Very centrally located and overall good standard with helpful and kind staff. Breakfast is REALLY good - even the coffee is good which is rare at hotel breakfasts. The restaurant in the hotel also has a good standard and a nice view. The rooms are great with a lot of space and extras.

As much as we are satisfied, this is not a 5 star hotel in the true sense. The parking behind the hotel is very tight. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Smokers are allowed at lobby and restaurant, even people smoking cigars. It was very disturbing and an unpleasant surprise.

I got upgraded to the Penthouse and it looks exactly like on the pictures. Very spacious. Hotel has great location 10/10. Heart of the city, entrance is in the middle of the main square. SPA is OK, although employees not real professionals, but OK for a hotel. Very friendly stuff. Food (dinner) was great too. Excellent wine selection. Free parking.

breakfast could be better, fruits from the can, weak coffee not so many amenities in the room, for 5* hotel I would expect at least conditioner, body lotion, etc. a little bit dark inside the room, so it makes very hard to make make-up. Unfortunately everybody smokes everywhere, but its normal in Balkan I guess.

Hotel Ambasador boasts an excellent location right at the heart of the main square, complete with convenient on-site parking and really great view of the city. The breakfast experience is truly exceptional, offering an extensive array of options that are not only plentiful but also incredibly delectable. The exceptional receptionists delivered impeccable service throughout your stay.

Unfortunately, the staff at breakfast tarnishes the otherwise positive impression, as they neglect to greet guests, stand idly with closed hands, and handle pastries with bare hands (it's amusing how we, as guests, are expected to use tongs after they've used their hands). The room's dark ambiance, primarily due to the black furniture, may be a drawback.

The location is perfect! There is a parking with security which is great especially if you are traveling and you must leave suitcases in your car. The hotel itself is super modern with great view of the city. Located in the city center it is very convenient. The breakfast was really nice with great variety and local specialties! We stayed at the executive suite which was fantastic and more than confortable for a family of 4! We keep coming back to the hotel since 2020 and it is our top preference in Nis.

Nothing much just to flag the fact that they need to pay attention and maintain small details not so important still necessary so as not to start losing the excellent reviews! Such as the lock in the bathroom wasn’t working properly or to fix a little scratch on the cupboard. Moreover it’s worth mentioning to non smokers that the smoking is allowed in a few areas of the hotel fortunately not in the breakfast area!Other than that nothing can spoil your excellent experience of hospitality there!!!

This is our 4th visit to Nis, and the Ambasador was by far the best hotel, although the others have been good, we have stayed in. From the friendly old guy in the car park when we arrived to the reception staff, everyone was incredible. The quality of our upgraded room was amazing, as was the breakfast, which was probably one of the best in terms of variety we have had. All in all, it was a very memorable experience, and will definitely stay again.

very easy to find with the entrance to the private secure parking very obvious. It was encouraging that the security man immediately appeared to check us out and also helped with the bags as he escorted us the foyer. When we got there the charming receptionist advised us that we had been upgraded to a suite for no particular reason. this was very spacious and beautifully appointed. there was absolutely no problem with our dog who was travelling with us. The hotel is very close to the riverside park which was perfect for exercising the dog. Restaurant food was fine with an excellent variety of choices and local inexpensive wine recommended by the waitress. she and the rest of the staff spoke marvellous English and were always helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent with again a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and drinks.
