Breakfast spread was good. I liked the a la carte egg options that are served to the table. Overall hotel cleanliness and finishing is exceptional. Rooms are large and spacious. Kids club is superb - so many things for the kids to do! Live entertainment every night and free tasting sessions every evening were a great idea. Special thanks to the following staff members: Madan, Tara (security near pool/beach), Pharell, Michal, the team at the spa, all the lovely ladies at Avocet, and last but not least, the housekeeping and maintenance team members (unfortunately didn't catch their names), who were extremely patient and courteous.

Couple of maintenance/engineering issues with our bathroom. Restaurant could do with more food options on the menu. A fan in the rooms would be good, because ACs keep the room cool but don't circulate air. Also, please change the uniform of your security team. Wearing all black, full-sleeved t-shirts, and boots, is a tough ask in a hot climate! :)

Brand new hotel built with all necessary features for the good rest. Stylish swimming pool. Big, comfortable well decorated room. Gym, spa, green area for walk. It deserves 5 stars. Staff are very kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Some dinners very entertainment programs and live music. A lot of fountains with a splendides lighting

All the staff throughout the hotel were great .. including jaimaine and Mohammed at reception during check in who were really welcoming ...the restaurant wait staff at Sega bar and Avocet were great and accommodating as were the pool area staff Very fast room service Managers were always walking about and checking on guests and their needs The grounds are clean and green, as was the pool area The kids club was also enjoyable for our little ones Free shuttle to mango house hotel nearby was available for guests to go use the pool facility there Water station for self refilling bottles on each floor when needed Good tv channels with movie channels and kid selections Rooms were very comfortable with large bathrooms and nice balcony area The beach was clean and very mild waves we used jetskis a number of times

More restaurant menu food item variety especially for dinner (limited kid friendly foods on the set menue at Avocet) No taxis nearby, but reception staff were very helpful arranging local taxis for us when needed

The location is bad nothing near. And the beach is outside the resort. Also there is only one restaurant no choices.

The property is new, clean, tidy and well equipped for what you would need on a holiday. Beach is small only a couple of sun loungers and not the prettiest in the country but that being said you can still travel around to see others. We went half board the dinner had ample choices, breakfast could be slightly improved.

Hotel is still new and ramping up its services, the breakfast spread is very good but could be a lot more diverse selection. Staff still need a little bit more training overall to finesse the overall hotel quality. Pool staff and waiters don't ask what you want or need by your sun bed etc. this shouldn't deter you from staying just an honest opinion!

New property, clean and has great facilities

Beach doesn’t offer much and it could be cleaner. With high tide is unusable

The hotel is brand new, it has all facilities you need to make your vacation really comfortable. There is a perfect (!) cleanliness. We stayed here for 11 days and spend here our honeymoon, thus we were able to get familarize with Canopy really well. I am an exacting guest...We love the design, swimming pool area is stunning. Rooms are really nice and brand new, there is a super convenient bed. Room view, especially during sunsets was impressive... Staff is so helpful and symphatethic - you feel good vibes and energy in here (Dashiki, Vishal and the rest, you are doing great job🙏🏼❣️). IT manager even helped us to organize USB c adapter for Mac laptop - which allowed us to look over our wedding's pics. It was a pleasure to visit Canopy.

Beach could be better, but if you rent the car, there is no issue, because you can get to beautiful beaches in few mins (Anse Royale is our fav one). As we stayed a bit longer, the bigger wardrobe would be improvement, but these are just details.

The hotel looks beautiful, it’s new, everything inside the hotel and inside the room looked new and looked clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and nice. The pool bar was very nice, and had the best staff, they were very polite, nice, and helpful!

Our first impression was NOT so great, but that changed quickly after we saw the very nice view from our room, the room itself, and new people at front desk, and after we’ve been at the pool area. On our arrival though, the man at front desk, Mohamed, was not nice, doesn’t know how to explain things and how to speak to people. He acts like someone who doesn’t want to be there. Hospitality is NOT his thing. Everyone else however was very welcoming, nice and helpful.

Loved that I could have mimosas for breakfast. The variety of good food was an added plus. So many options to choose from. Excellent , good quality breakfast.

The waiters serving breakfast didn’t seem too eager to serve. One morning waited for green tea which never came. The one waiter completely ignored me whilst he gave the table next to me 100% of his attention. It might have been that he was overworked/ my table was not allocated to him, he seemed to be the only one running around.
