Located in the shopping district of Kranj, with parking in front of the hotel. Fast check-in and attentive staff. Very big room, clean on the surface, but things like carpet could use a deep cleaning.

The breakfast area is too small for the moment when everyone comes in. You can't even squeeze through or sit comfortably at the table without bumping people behind you. The food is replenished, but the serving area is also very small so the staff has to do it all the time. All in all a decent hotel, but not really 4-star quality.

Great place to stay and very convenient for passing through Slovenia. Staff were lovely. No evening restaurant, but food options and supermarkets nearby.

Air conditioning didn’t work well in the room we stayed in. In a heat wave it was uncomfortable. We were in the junior suite. Wouldn’t recommend this particular room again, but rest of hotel fine.

Located 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes away from the Austrian border, this is an ideal location for those who are traveling from Austria/Germany or have an early flight next day. Personnel was VERY helpful, inviting and nice. We really felt at home there: we were provided with a tea-pot and cups as per request, morning breakfast was cooked for us as per request and delicious.

The linnen on our beds had holes :(. Also I opened our window to have some fresh air, but it was cold finally and I closed it. The heater was working so loudly, that I had problems to fall asleep :(.

Nice clean hotel in the outskirts of the town. Modern building with secure underground parking (limited spaces) very close to the motorway. Very nice buffet breakfast and lovely friendly staff.

Good stop if you have some business at the nearby airport. Located next to the shopping center and good places to eat and drink. Although located close to the airport the noise of arriving/departing aircraft was no issue at all.

Service is top, rare these days personal attitude. We arrived in the middle of the night and were met by reception after our call to have a quick and efficient check in. Breakfast was good, specially cooked for us at request. Second time stay is even better than first.

The hotel is not very intuitive to find, but once you know the place, there should be no problem. The location is somewhat far from anything but for the airport.

Room was nice and tidy, with hallways and entrances also clean, overall clean and tidy. The phone in my room was not working and the toilet sink plug was stuck so could not use sink.

Breakfast had limited selection of hot food and wont consider this buffet. No kettles to make tea or pressing iron in the room.

The staff was above expectations, many thanks to them! They were kind, helpful, fast..

The cleaning lady, who once even forgot to come. (The receptionist managed the situation when I told her.) The view was pretty disappointing, guess, because we got bargain prices.

Location of the hotel, and size of room. Parking available in front of hotel or in garage...

Breakfast should be better. There is no gluten free food. Should be more choices for breakfast.
