The place is very very nice and the room extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was always very nice to us and they also provided us a crib for our 5 months old little one and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast took place at the cafeteria/ restaurant that belongs to the structure and was good. Also, we had a small misunderstanding with the payment but they were very kind in that occasion as well. Would recommend.

We read some reviews about the excellent food served at their restaurant and planned to also have dinner there but when we arrived the place was fully booked for a private event. Besides the disappointment for the missed dinner we had troubles falling asleep because there was live or very loud music happening at the restaurant till late and if felt like our room was located right above ... I guess we would have wished to know in advance about this event so to plan better our stay ( with a 5 month old at 7 pm is hard to go and search for other similar options near by) and perhaps a small discount to apologize and compensate for the discomfort caused by the wild party going on till late.

Really nice family owned, and run, accommodation. Good sized room and bathroom, which were both clean, tidy, and well appointed. The accommodation includes a cafe by the river, which served a comprehensive and delicious breakfast each morning and a restaurant next door which we ate at both nights of our stay. Great food at a very reasonable price. Catching the number 8 bus into the city centre was a breeze. It only takes around 30 minutes, with the hotel providing an electronic bus pass for guest use, which you pay for at the end of your stay. Cost to the city and return was only a few Euro. Staff in all areas were helpful and professional. Highly recommended accommodation.

Loved this property. I was worried it would be noisy as it’s next door to a restaurant but it wasn’t. We had a room on the first floor. Cafe downstairs is excellent as is the restaurant next door for a more formal meal. Prices were great in both places. Breakfast was of a high standard and included real coffee. The receptionist was lovely. She helped me find a medical clinic and even rang them. Made it so much easier. I’d definitely stay here again

Parking can be tricky because of the cafe and restaurant.

Amazing small hotel in a quiet locality. It is a bit out of the city centre but it takes 10-15 minutes long bus ride to get to the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana (Receptionists were really helpful and pleasant, and showed us where to park in case we want to drive to the city and where to park our car around the hotel - it might get crowdy since there are restaurants guests). Our room was cosy with a comfy bed and a super spacious bathroom. We really enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant with is joined the hotel property and even stopped for a drink in the evening. There is a lovely terrace behind the hotel to look at the river. Definitely recommend!

The non-buffet style breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items available. It began with a tray of items being brought to your table, which included cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, yogurts, pate, butter, jam, nutella and a basket of breads. Then your coffee and eggs/pancakes order was taken separately. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Wifi was great! Free parking onsite.

Location is about 8 km from the city center. Not a problem if you have your own vehicle. Also, a bus stop just outside for bus service to the city centre. Parking could be an issue, especially on the weekend, since the spaces are shared with a restaurant next door. Once, during our two-night stay, upon our return at the end of the day, we needed to find a staff member to help us with a parking space.

Very nice room Lovely staff - excellent English and very helpful. Good breakfast and great restaurant next door serving traditional Slovenian specialties. Huge portions! Outside garden on the river obviously attracts people.

It is quite a way out of central Ljubljana. That could be a plus for some, but be aware. The bus is very close by and takes about 20 minutes to get into town. There are good little bars, bank, supermarket etc close by.

Small hotel in a main street outside Lubiana. The structure is pretty new, confortable and very nice. Staff very kindly they provide us all info necessary and they prepared also a precharged card to get the bus (station bus in front of the hotel, very easy to use) and pay the ticket. Breakfast good, the only issue maybe the park because in the evening the availability is very reduced due to the closest restaurant and the bar. You can use in that case, the other park(not free) in the opposite side of the road, but the internal staff always provide us all the possible to solve that issue Good choise

Location is quiet and beautiful, very green with a lot of trees. There's a river running by and there's a cute little playground next to the hotel. Free parking. Room is spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Also the bathroom is huge. Breakfast below the hotel is fantastic! Beautiful presentation, great variety and coffee is great too. Staff is very welcoming and always with a smile. They also speak very good English.

This beautiful B&B by the river offers wonderful rest, it is very clean, comfortable, with huge rooms and big beds. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and nicely served, with a lot of varieties. We had dinner in the same restaurant, and everything we tried was fantastic - vegetable soup, king's sandwich with rostbeef, tagliatelle with pesto and shrimps...Just fantastic, and for reasonable price. The staff is very polite, and always smiling. It's realy a wonderful price/value ratio, I would reccommend it to everyone.

The hosts were friendliness and helpfulness personified and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, very well equipped and quiet. The garden by the side of the river was charming and you could have a drink or a light meal there. There’s a proper restaurant just beside the hotel.

Nothing could have been better...except perhaps the possibility oh having a coffee or tea machine in the room.
