A small hotel with very welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was large, bed very comfortable and a very quiet air conditioning unit. Shower and hairdryer were good. Breakfast was enjoyable with freshly cooked eggs to order. Although situated on a main road you couldn’t hear the traffic from the room. Plenty of car parking spaces in the grounds. Air conditioned buses run frequently into the centre and on time. We were given a pre payment bus card by reception to use which was very helpful. It was 15 minute ride into the city. Would definitely recommend this out of town hotel.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, all was good.

Very spatious and comfortable rooms, we slept great. Bathroom, too. Impeccable. Quiet surrounding, convenient parking. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast (not much to choose from, but everything was of good quality and fresh). Great coffee, too! Location is excellent for car travellers (very near Ljubljana ring road, proprietary parking, easy and straightforward access to the city centre).

There was nothing that we didn't like. What could be improved? There are some small things. Minibar was a bit poorly furnished. One beer, one water, some spirits. No soft drinks. What if we both wanted a beer? Or water? :-) And it wasn't actually cold (maybe it needs service?). Other than that - nothing to complain about, for the expectations we had (an overnight business stay).

The location is very convenient, the parking is spacious and safe, the room is very comfortable and of adequate size. The room was very clean and included all necessary amenities. Beds are comfortable, A/C is a big advantage. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very polite, friendly and organized.

The check in in Booking is mentioned until 9pm. We arrived at 19.30 and we had to pick up our key from a key box as the reception was closed for the day. There was no issue but not reflecting the reality. We stayed at room nr. 3 and we could hear the road outside (bearable but still could be heard) and the above floor visitors. Insulation can be improved significantly. Also, the restaurant closes at 5pm on a Friday evening, it would be a great plus if dinner could be offered on site since there are available facilities after such long trip.

This is a great room with included breakfast in Ljubliana. Free parking too. I travel a lot, and the most important things to me (so you can understand my rating) are: 1. Good bed! 2. Quiet (no car noise, noise from other rooms, A/C noise etc) 3. Good shower 4. Cleanliness This place hits 5 stars on all these. The A/C in particular is the quietest I have ever heard (and I am 60 years old!). The location was good for us, and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was a buffet breakfast included which was an added bonus :-). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They pointed us to a very good Thai restaurant as well!

The only thing I would have liked was a kettle in the room. I know, I know, this is insignificant and makes me spoilt. I just like my own tea and coffee some times.

very nice hotel. the rooms are much nicer than the outside of the building. we received a large family room for 4 and it was very comfortable. the staff is extremely nice and helpful, they gave us Urbana card for the bus. the breakfast is good, eggs and coffee are made as you wish. the hotel is outside the center of the city, but there is a bus stop quite near the hotel and lines 6 or 11 will take you directly to the city center within 20 minutes (very frequent buses so no need to wait very long). free parking in front of the hotel. great value for money, we really enjoyed it for one night stay.

Modern, luxurious and comfortable room. Beds are of the most comfortable kind that we know. Everything is superclean. Rooms have a balcony with nice seats and table. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Modern powerful airconditioning. You can even lower sunscreens in front of all the windows and balcony doors from the inside of your room. Breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of healthy food. They make fresh eggs for you just the way you like them. Centre of Ljubljana is just a 5 - 10 minutes drive away. We will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff and very nice hotel. Quiet new and very well maintained. Good breakfast with a kind with great service. The hotel is located on the road towards the center (a few kilometer). The city is very relaxed.. Safe parking at the back of the restaurant. Good airco, elevator present.

It was a pity that the bar and restaurant was closed after 19:00, and there are no good alternatives nearby. For dinner it's good to go to the center, but maybe better to BTC City, a large area with large shops (IKEA, Bauhaus, etc.) and indepedent restaurants blended in.

We booked this hotel to be as starting point for our daily motorcycle trips around Slovenia. location is good just ~25 minutes by bus to the center but it provides good access to main roads. The free parking area was good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was fantastic, and the food from the kitchen was delicious. I liked all the services in the hotel: breakfast, clean rooms and linens, wonderful personell, who was always ready to help (especially Novinka). Breakfast was fool and tasty! Also, I liked spacios room and balcony.

- Location was far from city center, 10 bus stops - llate check in very strange, after 7 pm noone there but you can run authomatic by their step-by-step advice. It is a bit frustrated.

Not about the property, but the location: there are no options to buy bus tickets at the nearby bus stop. You need a travel card to use the bus. The hotel apparently offers these cards but unfortunately I read about it only after returning from the city. --> I suggest that you read all information they provide in the booklet in the room. In this property it is really useful and helpful ;-)
