It was super that they had selfcheck-in (I arrived late at night). All info was sent in advance. There are is closed with gate and parking is inside the fence. The room was very big (two rooms) and separated with a door that could be locked. There is everything needed to cook, including fridge. Dogs are allowed. There isn't anybody at the deck, but if you need help (for example, lose the keycard or leave it in the room like I did), there is 24/7 call service to help you out. There is grass linside the yard to go walk the dog (possible there is more outside the yard, I was there in the middle of the night).

The air-conditioned really did not work (we started with +22°C in room and when we woke up at 6 in the morning to leave it was +24°C).

Breakfast is only for the ones in the standard rooms, we had an apartment so without breakfast. But the kitchenette was big enough and with plenty of tools :). The space is great as you have a double bed, a sofa for 2 and a "lounge armchair". Parking big enough for a few cars :) but I do not think that there is a parking spot for each room :) Location, decently close to the city center, very close to the river :) All in all, perfect place for 1 night or more :)

Maybe the bathroom could've been bigger.

Very friendly and forthcoming staff, peace and quiet, apartment size and facilities, taking care of many small details to make your stay even more joyful. For our visit to the concert in STUK the location was perfect (walking distance), with free parking and secured location. High recomendation to all, we'll be comming again.

Nice and clean apartment, free parking and friendly staff. It's possible to charge EV, although the rate is quite high (0,45€/kWh for AC)

Uncomfortable bed. If you are staying in an apartment witch kitchen, you can not get the breakfast (even for extra charge).

We really enjoyed the time spent there. The apartment was really clean, and brand new, the host was really helpful and flexible, we could check in a bit earlier with baby. We will for sure turn back one day

The interior design is perfect and everything as in images - even better. Hosts and stuff extremely professional and determined to meet all our needs.

Lots of Space for whole Family (2 Adults 2 Kids). Apartman was very well equipped with new equipment. Friendly People on Reception were nice and helpfull. Dont forget to buy really very good Sauvignon. Thank You for everything

Very friendly and supportive staff. Nice clean hotel and great value for the money. Location was great, just 10min walk to city center.

Facility, cleanliness

Basicall everything was fine. The venue is a Littke far from the city center, but we knew this before.

Excellent hosts, that went above and beyond to help us. Convenient location, near Drava river. Great parking facilities, for those driving. Room was comfortable and clean, with all utensils required supplied.
