Beautiful location, food was good, during our stay there were some maintenance works on the hotel pools but we had access to the pools in the neighbouring hotels, staff is very polite.

During the dinner, we expected that nonalcoholic drinks are included in the package like in other hotels, but that was not the case

Perfect place for families that are looking for calm stay and having anyhow a lot of water joy experience still. Our stay was made excellent by the kind and careful behaviour of the complete personnel. Perfect place, perfect people! We are coming back again!

the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The thermal baths are open from 8 am to 9 pm. It would be good if they were open earlier. Dinner was good, but water with dinner could be included in the price. Drinking water cost about 3 euros. The location is bad. Not much hiking and family outings near the hotel.

Great breakfast in terms of quality and variety. Spacious rooms. Towel and slippers inside the room. Absolutely perfect location where you can access the Therme / Aqua Park directly from the hotel.

The bathtub in the room was not 100% clean.

The thing I loved the most are the staff. They were beyond accommodating and sweet. That means a lot when you feel beyond welcomed.

Great sauna area. Lunch and dinner had ample choice. Very friendly staff always very helpful. Not crowded (we were there in the summer).

Five star facilities in Slovenia are equivalent to four star in other countries.

Nice staff, comfy beds, swimming pools & wellness, good location for trips etc. Tasty meal (breakfast & dinner).

There is no espresso machine at breakfast (If you want espresso you have to buy it - or you can get a filter coffee). There is also no toaster at breakfast.

Breakfast was superb and all facilities are very good.
