We have been many times in Tuscany Italy but this area and the hotel can compete. The scenery from the hotel is beautiful, it is a quiet area to fully relax. The pool area is nice with enough seats. The room the parents had was large with a view on the swimming pool, large bathroom, simply perfect. Although we booked the same room for the kids it was much smaller (but still OK) but without airco.

No airco in 1 of the rooms. It was visible that they started-up, so still some child diseases linked to personnel, knowledge of English, etc but all the potential to make it a top place.

The surrounding area and the view are splendid! Food is fine but expensive. Also, the food variety is pretty limited. Staff is friendly, but definitely needs some more training and polishing. Splendid breakfast - eggs, cold-cuts, bread, croissants, coffee, fruits, yogurt, orange juice, tea, butter, jam, honey, corn- and oat-flakes, dried fruits...

Spa area is somewhat limited, with only 2 of 3 saunas operational. Somehow, I've got a feeling that the water in the bath-tube is not often exchanged. Rooms are rather small, with fairly modern furniture. A proper wardrobe is missing, there are only cloth-stands with hangers. There is no mini bar, just an empty micro-fridge, disconnected (with a very loud fan when connected). Spa coats allegedly come only in one size, not suitable for normal-sized persons. Food (dinner) is pretty expensive. Our room had a view to a pool - definitely not very attractive in the summer, when the pool is operational.

Describe this place in one sentence: please just chillout in this place. Great location overlooking the vineyards. We love staff, chef Zoran is fantastic, he gave us so many good advices and suggestions about whole region. So good breakfast with delightful view. Nice option to relax by the pool! Comfortable, stylish room. The view, the pool, the food -- it's just a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The very good location in the region with private parking. We will be back :)

Families with children bring a slight disturbance to this peaceful nature :(

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Slovenia. The place was spotlessly clean, and the personnel were incredibly kind and helpful. They even proposed changing my room for convenience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views, especially from the pool. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making my stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Slovenia!

It is very hard to provide any drawbacks, it is a bit costly and it was not possible to order a smaller dinner than the full package. I was really happy with the stay

We had a fantastic time at this small boutique hotel. Beautifully situated in the hills around Jeruzalem, overlooking the vineyards and with a swimming pool. They also have an extensive spa and massages. The rooms are big, nice and new. Air conditioning everywhere. Breakfast was delicious.

The restaurant only offers a full dinner menu. We regret that there is no a la carte menu available. But a 5-minute drive away is an excellent restaurant with a terrace that I can definitely recommend (Taverna Kupljen Jerusalem Svetinje).

We must congratulate investors for recognising the estate's potential and lovingly and responsibly transforming it into an excellent boutique hotel with sustainability in mind. During our visit, the hotel was fully booked. The structure of guests will likely change considering the direction they will chart in terms of quality and price policy. We suggest booking Hotel Sibon for your next business event or incentive programme! Looking at the estate from the exterior is disparate from looking inside. Completely renovated rooms are spacious, fresh and elegant. Once you have savoured the views and hiked across the vine-growing hills, you will be delighted to return to the hygge atmosphere of the room. The outdoor infinity pool of Hotel Sibon, serving incredible vistas of the surrounding vineyards, is complemented by a spa centre with two saunas, a relaxation area, a massage house and two outdoor jacuzzis heated during the winter. With the help of a QR code on the sunbeds alongside the pool, you can submit your order for a desired beverage. The staff will serve you with a thankful grin. The hotel website advertises haute cuisine, significantly raising the expectations of guests. In reality, the culinary product does not live up to the expectations. Sometimes, it is better to stick to tried-and-tested local dishes. There is also room for improvement at breakfast by including and mentioning local suppliers.

The arched wine cellar provides a pleasant ambience for breakfast. Seeing the old brick oven brings a smile to one’s face, as memories of freshly baked, homemade bread come to mind. Once guests dig into the bread, though, the taste is vastly different. We wished there were more authentic flavours in such a great ambience.

It was our honeymoon. When we arrived the host said it would be journey of our life. He was 100% right. We fell in love with Slovenia, and SIBON is the accumulation of what is most beautiful about it. This hotel is a dream come true for a fantastic holiday. Delicious breakfasts, great dinners and absolutely brilliant wine. Amazing service. Beautiful rooms. Lovely surroundings. Unearthly views. Great pool. We felt taken care of like never before. I do not know if I should recommend this place, because I am afraid that there may not be enough space for us one day. But if you dream of peace and true rest - this is the perfect place.

A localização é excelente e o staff também! The views are amazing and there are some wineries around. Driving there was greata Alexandra was a perfect support there. She is an amazing nice person and she works like the hotel is hers. Very nice job! Thank you for everything!

From the post and name you think it is a winery place or plantatron and also a SPA. But it is not... wineries are around and they call SPA a pool and a sauna and that is it. No massages, no bathtubs and SPA cosmetics or something like this. So its a normal hotel in a great place with a very nice room and amazing staff.

Great views in the heart of the vineyards. Excellent pool and relax area. Wine tasting.
