Warm Karoo is on the outskirts of Bloemfontein in a very quiet area with farmland and stables near it. We liked the fact that we were able to park our car very close to our cottage which when fully packed is always a security concern. The breakfast was really superb and beautifully presented. We arrived very late due to circumstances beyond our control and the host was very gracious.

The bathroom is part of the bedroom which didn't bother us but could be awkward if sharing with someone you don't know well.

Breakfast was really a high light..... delicious and so beautifully presented Staff was friendly and very helpful The room was comfortable clean except for the soap dispenser Bed was comfortable and pillows lovely The water of the shower was nice and hot the evening but could only shower with water turned completely to hot side in the morning... Felt a bit alone with not seeing other people in the nice spacious yard.... All in all very nice experience except for the feeling of being the only people in a big venue.....

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Made a box with beakfast to go.the. S taff was very helpfull.

That there was no fridge and kettle to make tea.. no glasses to drink water. The glass door is nice during the day but the light from the outdoor lights shone into the room making it difficult to sleep. A toilet should have a door.

Beautiful venue and grounds. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Nespresso coffee was a great treat the next morning. The room had all the amenities necessary. I have to complement the staff at The Kitchen for the breakfast the next morning. Without a doubt the best breakfast I had in a very long time. Great work.

The location is somewhat out of town but not a deal breaker.

The door of the room does not have a blind or curtain. The light from the garden light shines into the room which makes it difficult to sleep in the subdued light. Think blinds like on the other windows or moving the garden light will solve the problem.

The neat garden, bird song and the tranquil feeling. We enjoined to seating area outside the room, looking over the garden. There was no noice of cars or people at night.

There was not much that I didn’t like. The only complaint was that the bed was worn on the one side but I told them and they were glad that I brought it under there attention.

When I arrived, I was treated with a very friendly and helpful host with a warm welcome that made me feel like I was at home and will recommend anybody to stay there you will enjoy every moment of it

The rooms were very spacious, very neat and tidy, and everything that you needed was in the room. It's lovely big gardens to walk around and get some good exercise

Breakfast was excellent, coffee in room was tastefull. The room was clean. Overall good value for money.

No glasses in the room,had to drink out of the bottle😁. A small fridge would push the rating higher as most guests have some items to keep cool.

The staff was amazingly friendly & helpful. Facilities were exceptionally clean, airy & relaxing. Linen & bedding was comfortable & hygienic. Value for money.

Various dietary preferences should be considered esp for brekke. Access road would have been great for a hatchback, unfortunately the gravel road leaves the suspension and dirt (a workout).

The breakfast is a must! You will not regret it!

The access road is a bit uncomfortable. You might wanna prepare for an encounter with a few mosquitoes, nothing that can't be fixed by the management.
