They have generators running throughout loadshedding now, so we don't have to worry about it anymore. Makes it nice and convenient to stay there.

First time in over 20 stays where my food and delivery of it was disappointing. I waited over 1 hour for a steak and veggies and they missed out an item as well. But it was the first time, so I will not let that cloud my ratings!

Overnight parking costs R60 but be aware that it expires around 8 am. I checked out around 10 am and wasn’t expecting the ticket to have expired.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and had all amenities that were necessersary - water, coffee and tea and kettle, and fridge etc. The eco bath and shower products were nice. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money.

The reception staff at check-in were not very informative, and not clearly audible as there was a lot of noise in the lobby from a function. For example - had to ask about wifi; loadshedding schedules were not forthcoming, AND the fact that the air conditioning switched off at the start and end of loadshedding was extremely annoying in the middle of the night. Also the safe was not working at all - I think the battery was dead. The reception staff could not deal with this. I think the price of the Hotel has gone up significantly since 2022 December when I last stayed, yet there is no added value for this amount of money.

Room was clean and nice. It was also specious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but there's room for improvement on the choices. Only one item changers and the rest is the same all week.

When the power comes back after the shedding 3 days we didn't have power in our room for atleast a minimum of 3 to 4 hours until they repair it. One day is fine but when it happens repeatedly and when it's pitch dark in the room and need to dress using phone lights it gets a bit annoying as u are on vacation.

I like the general decor of the reception and bedrooms. The staff (Dumisani) who helped with our bags was amazing! A true ambassador of South African hospitality.

I didn't like that even as an honours member of Hilton I could not claim my point because I booked via booking.com. it's like Virgin saying you can't claim your airmiles because you booked your flight on Expedia. Needless to say that out the whole experience of checking in into a sour one. I also was sent a link to bid for an upgrade which the hotel and no clue about until I showed them all the email communications with their team. Very poor communication and there was no resolution to this issue.

The stars was friendly and the property was of a good standard. I have been staying here for several years for the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon and I appreciate the breakfast pack organized for the runners and the shuttle to and from the start.

I was there for Two Oceans marathon, signed up the day before for the shuttle to the Marathon start point but there were more people than the shuttle could accommodate. I had to Uber to the start so I don’t miss the start of the marathon.

Breakfasts were amazing, aabsolutly loved it. Staff were super friendly, and extra helpful. Room and facilities were always cleaned well. Shattle was comfortable and prompt. Laundry was done and delivered back same day. Loved everything

The restraunt meals were not too great, we had dinner once and didn't go back, after a day of travel, we were looking forward to a homely meal, but was more of a fast food kind of menu. was delicious all the same, but could have been better

All went well the room was comfortable and clean, the extra toiletries shampoo, conditioner and lotion were very lovely to have. The staff was stunning all my concerns were attended to with kindness and I felt very comfortable. One of the ladies assisted with calling a taxi for me appreciated the gesture. The driver to and from VW was also very kind.

Great value for money. The rooms were not too small (I think we had the cheapest room option) and clean. Appreciated all the different lighting configurations. The hotel staff were super attentive (they reminded me of the cot I needed!). Would definitely go back.

Some of the room fixtures were a bit worn and the emergency light in the room that switched on during load-shedding woke me up. We ordered room service and it was a bit of a mission.

Staff were friendly. Restaurant manager was exceptional. Better quantified staff waiters are needed although they were friendly and polite. Conference facilities were good

Telephone in room couldn't be repaired. On arrival, shower drainage was clogged. Toilets were not cleaned properly because a lingering bad odour was observed from the third day of our stay.
