Everything was fairly good except receptionist.

Sun1 need to improve their hotels, lately we experiencing bad services, like some of the rooms air-conditioning doesn't work and remote of TV doesn't work , either it's broken or no batteries. Some of the rooms tv doesn't work properly, etc etc The receptionist wasn't friendly, and she was rude. She probably had a bad day and took out her upsetness on us.

This hotel exceeded my expectations all round but especially insofar as value for money goes. The check-in took less than 2min, the receptionist was highly efficient, knowledgable, super helpful, prof and friendly - as were all the staff. The rooms weee squeaky clean and I loved the innovative way the space was managed. There was even aircon and the free Wi-Fi was fast and consistent and finally, there’s a 24hr service station, restaurants, the beach and a mall all within 2km of the hotel. I can recommend Sun1 Milnerton with confidence!

The staff were very friendly. Secure parking. Vending machine for a quick midnight snack if you struggling to sleep. The room was very clean and fresh. The bed comfy. The coffee was nice. Check-out was seamless.

The room was extremely small, you'll literally have to jump over your luggage if you want to move around. No leg room when using the toilet. Very little vanity space.

Quick and easy check in process. Free safe parking available. Coffee facility available. Rooms are small but it's enough for one night max 1-2 people.

The location is unfortunately close to a very dodgy neighborhood. Quite noisy from outside traffic and other people checking in late..'they should be asked to keep their noise/voice levels down' when walking down the corridors as other visitors are trying to get rest. Sun1 is Quite pricy now a day's as you can find another hotel for 'almost' the same price that even incl. Breakfast but they sell out quick so for a last min. Booking Sun1 is fine.

The price was well below what Cape Town was charging around this time due to the Mining Indaba. They have improved their interior and the bed was very comfortable. For the price honestly this was a good stay. This is a budget hotel and people need to understand that. Well done for the small improvements. I had a great rest and stay.

We did not have breakfast, however wish to place on record the most delightful and friendly and helpful lady at the front whom checked us in. As well as the gentleman that assisted us on our way out. The rooms was adequate and neatness was very good indeed. We were helped with extra towels with a smile.

I cannot say anything negative here. Except on the the day of our arrival we witnessed a robbery in progress at the garage, A guy stole a laptop from a car, then the attendants cage chase, we didnt hang around the parking to find out what happened next. However this can happen anywhere, and we did feel safe in the secure location fenced and gated at SUN1.

This was perfectly suited to me. I just needed quick, convenient, safe and low cost place to over night on my journey. I was assisted by "Happy" when I checked in - which was super quick and efficient, and he also assisted me with an 2-pin adaptor so I could charge my phone. The room was neat and clean. I had a good rest, and the checkout was equally hassle free. Thanks to the team for a pleasant quick stay!

I am not sure there was a lady in of he is the owner of sun 1 bud hell she was on the ball my Aircon dit not work she game to my room ask me if I can gife her a half an HR she will have it fix or she will move me to another room an it was sort kwikly know that is service for your money

Everything was very good

Great value - offering clean rooms and good service. I reported faulty equipment and it was effortlessly addressed and fixed.

The service offering is basic - but aligns to the price point. - Limited TV stations on offer - Central Coffee Station in lobby

No breakfast served, only very nice beverages.

Noise, noise and more noise from group travellers. If there's a way to make them considerate towards other guests. I know it's not sun1's fault, but I trust you will find a way to make them reduce their voices 😔
