The hotel is really accessible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located with a grocery store and chemist shop right next to it, in addition to the array of restaurants surrounding and also one in the hotel. The park next to the convention centre was just a 5 min walk away and offered amazing views of the city and table mountain. The room had everything I needed, and the layout also added a nice flow creating a sense of privacy. I loved the bathtub, although I didn't get a chance to use it. So I guess I'll just have to come back again. ;D

A beautiful hotel with amazing helpful staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Room service was great and so was the food that we ordered. Facilitated for us to check out late at a reasonable extra cost and even gave us one hour complimentary. I would stay here again.

Room service staff delivered breakfast to our room but would not take away the dishes from the previous evening room service.

It is not an issue with the hotel, but we have had electrical power cut almost every evening. The hotel as an emergency generator and Internet/Wifi is back online within a minute. The light in the room unfortunately (which means also power outlets) stay off.

I love my room, I love the size of the windows. It was wonderful to look outside at see the city and table mountain. I love the area, the clicks was close enough and also Woolworth's foods. I loved their prompt respond to requests. And the food I had for dinner was amazing.

I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast set up. And the coffee was in a weird spot and the cups for the coffee were a bit small. I made tea every night and I had to clean the kettle quite a bit before use. It was oily inside which made my tea oily. Also the sugar packets, the brown sugar brand the hotel is using is not good. Little white things kept coming out. It would a great idea to clean the kettle with vinegar after each guest leaves so that it stays clean and disinfected.

The staff are truly a credit to the hotel; highly attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much and we were treated with such care. Our enjoyment and safety felt like a constant priority for them. The room had everything we required and we could have it cleaned whenever we chose to. The breakfast was consistently of a high standard and generous. We will definitely return.

I loved every about the hotel.

Until my last day at the reception i was told I didn’t pay the driver the pickup fee from the airport, and was told to wait at the reception while trying to contact the driver who wasn’t answering his phone, and almost missed my flight because of that,before I left they said they will call but after the confirmation from the driver they didn’t call to apologize..tell your driver not to collect the money to avoid humiliating your guests.

Service from staff was excellent - attentive, helpful and available. I was on a solo trip and felt safe and well taken of. I enjoyed the room itself - spacious and well equipped with a shower and bath, desk and chair for working, lounge area with TV, little kitchen with kettle, mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates. Loved the view of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the sea from my balcony. Good location, walking distance from Canal Walk mall - gym, restaurants, bars close by around Century City. Also, Century City is a good location for getting to anywhere else in Cape Town. Also got to use the swimming pool for training during my stay - good facility!

Had some electrical issues where the lights in the kitchen and lounge kept packing out. It happened twice during my stay, reported it first time and it got fixed, second time around was on my last night so didn't report.

We had an amazing view from the top, especially during loadshedding at midnight, we were able to open the curtains, switched off the generator lights and experience the beauty of the rest of Century city. The location was perfect and quiet. The staff was wonderful, and very accommodating. We called in to say that we were running late for our book in time but the staff was very accommodating and was ready for us when we got there. We're just sad that our stay was so short. I will definitely recommend this place and would go there again.

There was nothing that we did not like.

It was my wife's 40th Birthday. The suite had a beautiful banner and to our surprise and her delight a birthday wish was pasted in the elevator. So thoughtful!! So family friendly. We loved our stay. The cleaning staff did a very good job everyday and I appreciated that. Load shedding was a pain but that's our new normal.

Breakfast did not meet the hotels standard. It was definitely not bad! They had a wide variety but in our opinion the hot breakfast and baked goods wer not tasty. Truthfully, sorry.

Spacious rooms, cleanness, close- like few metres to Canal Walk Mall and My City bus. Easy to find hotel. Access to best swimming facilities. The Mozabik restaurant was the best with various menus. We recommend this hotel, and we are definitely coming back again.

We didn't like the fact that we had to everytime request for an Iron and board. Instead of having them in each apartment/ room. Either than that, everything was on point.
