Nice, clean place excellent staff. Would definitely stay their again.

Hey should put visible signs up where the smoking area are. Don't put ashtrays in the open bar area for smokers and when you ask were can you smoke they show you to that area and then a different person hurry to you and then embarrassed a person for smoking in that area. TV remote was not working. Signal very bad in room. No gold water in the rooms.

At first they put me in a room where nothing seemed to be working properly. The shower pressure was extremely low and there was an electrical problem in the room as the aircon, lamps, kettle and plugs weren't working. But I phoned reception and they immediately transferred me to a room where everything was great. They were super apologetic and helpful.

The friendly owners willing to go more than just an extra mile.It was superclean, and the breakfast was beautifully served and VERY tasty. Thie host is a married couple and we felt so welcome and at home.

Very helpfull and assisting -even helped us to make dinner reservation. I didn’t like that We had to go after one night only.

We had a great stay on our stop over. The staff were amazing and helpful. The food was great and very affordable.

The staff were brilliant. Every staff member seemed happy to help out even if it didn't seem to be their initial role. The receptionist help sever food when it got to busy. The pool area was stunning. The food was as good. the porters were on top of their game. Overall the whole experience was above what i expected.

To understand where to park to check in was a bit confusing. I wasn't sure if we should park over the road, or down the one side road. The one we went down initially had no parking lines. So we circled around and parked up the "right" road where the parking entrance is. If a road sign could be placed somewhere to say "park here to check in" that would be awesome. Not the ed of the world though.

I liked when the lady at the front desk asked if i was ok. Before i could asked for a pharmacy. She asked me what was wrong i told her and she asked me if she could make me something that would help. Oh boy and did her medicine helped me. I was felt beter in a half an hour. Good staff that does care for there guests. Well done that is all i could say

The food was amazingly delicious! The staff are friendly and helpful!

The halls are very noisy. I know it sounds funny - but as this place is a stop over - sleep is essential- and we could hear every single person walking past. I predict the doors aren’t solid doors. other than that it was a good stay.

Location, clean, comfortable and convenient.

The reception lady was rude and condescending. Another far more friendlier lady stepped in and showed us where to park, organised a porter to take us to our rooms etc.

Our company are repeat customers for Cape Dawn Guesthouse. We need to stay in that area for work and there are not many good guesthouses in the specific area.

I don't see anything that can be improved - people must keep in mind that this is not (according to me) an area where you would want to stay if you are going for a holiday to Cape Town.
