The room was very clean and I enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning.

The kitchen staff weren't friendly at all and they would hover and look like they were in a rush for me to finish eating. One day someone started tidying up and returning food items into the kitchen while I was eating but breakfast time wasn't even over.

If you want to relax do not book shared bathrooms unless you bring kids because when its bath time eish its hectic you try to shower, some kid wants to get in the toilet for number 2 he tells his mom there's a naked man in the shower hey hey haikhona just add a little money then get a room with a shower.

Love the look overall of the place neat tidy and well look after. I will suggest it for good value for money.

The wifi is a bit poor signal get lost quickly. Breakfast was nice, but I would suggest that you dont put hot stuff (like the sausages) not everyone eat strong stuff.

I really like some of staff and the receptionist i think they were very good and made you feel at home. Gugu was an excellent worker and stood out from all the rest. Ayanda was also a good gentlemen and was willing to go the extra mile.

I had a very rude someone that came to clean my room and she is not friendly at all however the rest of the staff was good 0

The breakfast was perfect. The fact that they were able to cater for me as l had exams and allowed me to take my breakfast with as l did not have time to eat early in the morning but after the exam, exceeded my expectations. Best location ever as it was just a walking distance to the mall.

If microwaves can be put in each room not to have a common one. If possible, when booking there has to be a way where it shows that the room you are booking uses a shared bathroom and a toilet or not for you to be able to choose the one you prefer.

The breakfast was good, healthy and delicious. The staff were very kind to guide me on the menu and afforded me to choose on my preference. The location is perfect. On the center of almost of every direction. I was mobile but my observation was that, public transport is just few meters away and is safe. The gentleman (I did not take his name) at the guard house, was so kind and welcoming. The music was soothing as I was enjoying my breakfast.

the breakfast was well cooked and delicious and fresh. the place is just next to Florida road where you get all types of restaurants. the place is well cleaned and i needed help from the reception and i was assisted.

the fact that everyone gets the same salad dressing and its hot the next day we requested that they should not give us the hot salad dressing again and we were still given a hot salad dressing. i think it would better if guests dress their own salad

Breakfast was super and service was excellent. The rooms were very nice and well kept.

Nothing really. This place met my expectations for a good stay. For some people the policies of No alcohol and visitors may be a challenge. This is a Christian Guest house and I think the policies suits the place. Asides these there is nothing to complain about here. You are sure to have a good time here.

the room, the area and bedding

if they can provide remotes so that guests can open and close for themselves and also allow guest's visitor to go away at least at 23h00, I do not think there will be a problem because they have security at the premise who ensure that those visitors go otherwise they can put a fine in place for those who can breach that rule.
