I like the fact that it was actually a nice unit and not a room only, and with the kitchenette we could buy food that we like and enjoyed in in the unit. U can put 2 plates, cutlery and a microwave dish in kitchenette and maybe a dishcloth! We loved that it was a serviced room - thank you! We will definitely stay with you again in future!

I know the wind was hectic and the weather was not nice, but there was one spot on the stoep that could have been washed away and not only sweeping, only me that is a bit OCD.

Booked 3 rooms - good location, fairly old house, but it does look like it's been renovated - comfortable nice outdoor patio area by the pool. The kitchen is a bit small, I saw afterwards that there was no meal option with the rooms that I had booked so I did take breakfast items such as eggs and cereal, etc. only to find out that we could not use the stove. There is a microwave and a big fridge though.. in the end, we did end up having breakfast on the premises, which was good. The staff were very helpful.

The friendly staff and it's so quiet.i needed rest and I rested.

Wow so clean ,staff very friendly ie Mthokozisi did a follow up very friendly ,he send us a location ,when the taxes didn't know the place ,we called him he directed us .Mpume so helpful with everything .showing us malls ,giving advice .they are so friendly .place so quiet.would go again and again.no low shedding It was excellent

The stuff was welcoming and their services was wonderful the place is near to everything that I needed. Other than that I I don't have any complains.

The only thing I didn't like I was not offered the room that I was promised as I was promised on the booking info and also on my booking breakfast was included but when I got there they told me that breakfast is an additional amount

The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and did his outmost best to make sure we were comfortable. He is a great host and should keep up the good work.

When i booked the booking showed breakfast was included only to be told at the premises that we were supposed to book for breakfast separately. That frustrated us.

The Staff was very welcoming, Very Nice and the room was clean and freshing.

On our Second day, the was a problem with the electricity that took almost half a day that affected us because all my clothes needed to be ironed and we ended up being late for our Appointment. Other than that everything was Excellent❤️

The facilities were as advertised. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Mpume was great. Very close proximity to the famous Florida street👌🏾👌🏾

Operating hours for the pool were too short…7pm cut off is too early especially during the festive season. Can you consider turning some of your rooms into self catering??😊

This was heaven...very clean, friendly staff, easy to locate, wifi was great, the cleaning ladies very helpful, the beds are so comfortable and clean...they provide clean towels and our stay was Soo great my kids loved it, it's close to retsaurants, checkers and woolworths will be back!

The wifi connection in the room we we at the reception was on one bar. The Tv connection was not clear on our second day stay.

The staff was amazing, bubbly, helpful especially as I lost the room key but their patience and assistance of how I could replace it and given a spare key, was great. My friends and I Really enjoyed our night there. And perfect scenery to take pictures. Everything was excellent. Thank you. Tea
