bathroom size 5/10 small sink size 2/10 too small electrical water heater 0/10 asked for a changed pet parrot 2/10 not friendly towel 6/10 took away 2nd towel premise lights 5/10 dark at night. should provide more lights. ladies would feel unsafe 1/10. someone might jump out of the shadows

As a vegetarian there was a limited choice of cooked options But the beans that were on offer were so very delicious And the range of cereals and to have with fruit and yogurt were great.

My TV remote didn't seem to be working as I tried ro get TV on a few times that night . I know had I called rhe kind manager would have assisted me. It was just very late when I arrived so I didn't. So this not a complaint. Just what happened.

I'd like to say to lelatsa lodge family wow wow wow, what un amazing place to be at, the entire facility, yard its self,beautiful animals, the swimming pools,and most important the food was excellent, I'd like to thank the intere family, stuff,management for the amazing experiences we had,my family most importantly my kids had best time of there holiday, we are definitely looking forward to visiting the hotel when we go back to Durban for holidays, Big up guys 😇💟👌👊😎.

So far for the future I'd like to suggest un availablity of lunch or supper meals to add the the amazing breakfast for individuals whu would prefer to home cooked meals for them selfs within the hotel,It would be really convenient.

The room was clean and it accommodates even my kids and the breakfast was well prepared and fresh, I enjoyed every thing in that lodge and I hope to come back once more. the most important is that the place is safe.

There was nothing I did not like

The room size was big and comfortable. The changing of towels everyday. The breakfast was really good. Overall the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. The attitude of certain cleaning staff and they don't clean the rooms properly as we stayed for a week. The evening lady receptionist was very unpleasant especially towards my son. They need to make sure clean cups are in the rooms everyday.

I loved everything about Laletsa.We arrived way before our check in time, and we were given a warm welcome, loved everything about Laletsa, the host and staff were very friendly and helpful, their breakfast is out of this world, its my new home❤️

Almost everything was on point

I found bath tub dirty...first day I came,I wouldn't mind to clean it before I used it if there was something to clean it and please add rubber mat for the safety

I like everything about the staff.

I didn't like the fact that Jacuzzi was not warm kids can't swim on a cold weather, i took 2 days for the kids not to go out and enjoy playing inside only to find out, that out of 3 pools all are cold including the jacuzzi. 😔

Clean rooms Great staff, my favorite was Khethiwe the cleaner. The manager was also nice the breakfast buffet was exceptional

The location is not that great. But the property is nice and private with lovely pool
